This is my favorite Starbucks 😍 I love my Black Sweet Tea that I get 5 days a week 😋 Their treats are very yummy 😋 Just 1 thing. I hate when they forget an item you ordered and you're already at work and can't go back to get it corrected 🙄 This will always be my favorite place for a drink 🥤

The easiest to locate and most efficient app ordered pick up counter in any Starbucks I've visited. Not so great in the seating options.

This starbucks is dedicated to improving the customer experience. Their goal is to personalize visits by getting to know the individuals who come in. Furthermore the baristas go above and beyond in informing customers about new products and the alternatives for those who have common food allergies.

When I need a wake up I go there and there's different flavors are awesome grab yourself a scone

A supervisor/manager (I could just tell) promptly asked me if I was waiting on an order when I walked in and stood by the "Online Order Pick-Up" area. I said that I was, and gave my name. I asked if I could get a cup of water while I waited. She got one for me.

As I was leaving with my online order, she addressed me by name and wished me a great rest of the day from across the room, while hustling to help out her team.

Quick, fast and friendly staff. I usually go to the one by the planet fitness but whenever I go here I get good service and my drinks taste good.

Love this place... But drive true always take so slow... Sometimes more 20 minutes only 2 cars...that's why my neighbors and I go to one hacienda and valley pretty fast...

Spacious well maintained shop. Beautiful Interior. Love comfy long booth chairs this shop provides.

The drive thru lady.... Man! She gotta smile so bright I feel like I'm in a spaceship facing the sun. So polite! I mean all the Starbucks employees have been polite so far. Thank You Starbucks for making my day sweeter and brighter. God Bless!

Super clean, fast friendly service. Nikki was awesome, great customer service. My favorite Starbucks. Whole staff was just so happy and worked like a well oiled nachine. Love seeing great teamwork.

This location has a drive-thru and the line can get long during the day but if you are lucky you can get here and not wait at all. I still haven't discovered which times have those empty pockets but so far it's about an hour before closing. I freeze my nitro cold brews for the morning and so I for sure avoid the long lines 🤭😳

Pleasant, lovely staff!! Drinks are made with love. It's a nice open space with plenty of seats and some tables have chargers on them so you can lay your phone flat and charge away, cordless access.Love to you Pomona Starbucks.💕💕💕💕

This was on my way back home from dropping off parents at LAX and well great customer service and even better way of reacting to someone forgetting their wallet

We make choices about where we spend our hard earned money. I will pay extra and drive further to a place that I am more than just $$$ on the bottom line. I know that companies invest $$$ in training but the gift of customer service is just that, a gift worth gold to your guest that may have had a bad day or night. I can trully say that Gabriel AKA Gab has that Gift. I can tell when I walk in if he is present because I sense it as I walk into the store. He sets the atmosphere! I travel to many cities in the course of my day but I always have to make the extra effort to stop by to see Gab, my coffee Angel!

I felt really welcomed. Extra special for coming in, Daniela attended to all my needs even talked about a place to visit out by the beach. Excellent experience thank you!
