Chase's La Verne

Second time here and both dinners were amazing. Great spirit forward cocktails with creative appetizers! Wine list that is large enough to please almost anyone, but not overwhelming. The Bison short rib, deviled egg appetizer, and brownie sundae wer the absolute stars of the meal! The short rib was incredible especially when paired with a Pinot noir!

Food was awesome!
Ricky was even more awesome!
Sometimes it just takes that one server who makes the experience grander and the food taste more delicious.

Had their Brisket Grilled Cheese. Tasted very good and filled me up. Came with fries which were crispy and delicious.

Great location in downtown LaVerne, CA 91750. Treager smoker leads you into this fine establishment packed with character & superb craftsmanship. Had their wild boar tacos, followed with wild boar dinner. Fantastic staff, service, and atmosphere. Enjoy!

I’m new to La Verne and have heard great reviews about Chase”s for both meals and the happy hour. Went on Wednesday night for dinner and the band. The bar was really busy. Band started playing and everyone started dancing. Next time we’ll go for happy hour!

Chase’s has excellent top rate food and drink at reasonable prices. My wife and I went there on 1/14 and sat at the bar to watch football and enjoy the food. I had the Wagyu meatloaf and she had the risotto with chicken. Both were top notch. We also shared the deviled eggs for an appetizer. Very good all around. Jason, our bartender, made sure we had water and cocktails without having to wait or ask. He makes a great Old Fashioned with just the right amount of bitters and a very fresh orange peel and a nice Luxardo cherry. Excellent drink, excellent food all at a reasonable price. Highly recommend and we will be going back.

My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and decided to dine at Chase's for the first time. When we got there it was very busy but we were seated at 5:30 per our reservation. They were short staffed so it took a little longer for our server( Jesse who was wonderful) to take our order. We ordered the pork chop and lemon chicken. Both were Absolutely Fabulous. My husband and I had a great anniversary dinner there and will go back again.

What a fantastic place. Went to lunch today and the food is so delicious. We had the stuffed jalapeños and cauliflower for appetizers, so delicious. Then we had the cheeseburger salad, also very delicious, all so fresh.
Thank you Chases for having such fresh wonderful food.

Had a great time here. The bartenders and staff were awesome. The food is excellent and plenty of space to accommodate a large party. We had a group dinner and then spent the rest of the night in outside seating. The bar is well stocked so you can get any drink you want. Great selection of beers including local brews.

My wife and I went here for dinner. We were able to get a reservation the same day on a Friday, which I was surprised by. We had an appetizer, two entrees and drinks. We had a mix of veggies and for the main entree, we had the wild boar. Only took a photo of the burrata appetizer. All was very good. Cocktails were great. Service speed was reasonable. Prices seemed reasonable for the quality of the food, service, and space. We’ll go back again.

We went back here again for a special occasion with friends. Decided to split the legendary Tomahawk steak. We split it with 4 of us, split a salad and the burrata. The tomahawk flavor was outstanding and it was cooked just right. Splitting it with the salad and an app was enough for 4 of us to split, but we were fine with small portions of the steak. Splitting with 3 would be a little more balanced.

One of the best dinners I have had! The Grill Master prep your your choice of meat and veggies outside on the fire wood grill while the chief and the crew in the kitchen take care of the other items of your meal, well served, perfectly done and fair price

Was my first time here and everything from start to finish was great! As appetizers we tried the Brussel sprouts, cauliflower and crab cakes. Absolutely delicious and full of flavor. Chase’s Lemon chicken breast is a must as well.

Everything was delicious. Food and cocktails were very flavorful. Some of these items were on their easy hour (2pm-4pm). Plenty of seating and very nice set up.

Amazing service & food! Chases menu assortment changes seasonally making it wanting you to go back every day to try out all the new items!

We were invited to eat here by our friends who go here all the time. I got a custom drink that was really good with mandarin vodka. They need to work on their Moscow mule though. I ordered the crown roasted pork and it was probably the best pork I have ever had. It seems they switched my husband and our friend's rib eyes because one was way more done than the other but that was the only complaint. We would definitely come back

Came for lunch and had the BBQ wild boar sandwich. It may have been the best sandwich I’ve ever had. Unbelievably good!!!

I met up with a friend here and it was perfect. We had an early lunch. Waitress was polite and quick. There was some intimate things to be discussed on our agenda and (out of frustration) I didn’t care who heard. Our waitress though stood out my hair and was precessional as can be. Afterwards, my colleague had a small baby shower there and she loved it too. Seems Chase’s is doing it right. See you guys soon.

The food was great. Service was hit and miss. Everyone disappeared a few times. I don't know if it was because the staff was stretched thin. They had a table occupied on the patio, one in the bar, and ours in the main restaurant. Midweek lunch does not seem to be a busy time. They are not good for a quick lunch. But they do great, high quality, interesting food. The restaurant was empty for lunch. I really liked their cauliflower appetizer. They have live music sometimes, which might be nice and probably makes a great date night.
