Who knew this place had been here since 2019, I sure did not and I have been looking for a place like this for years!
A great place to do ceramics they have an enormoumisleaction of reasonably priced greenware. When you see something you like it already has a price on it that price includes painting firing and studio time so there's no extra charge, The price finishes the product, Of course and then she won't specialty paints which are very reasonably priced. They also serve light food affair they serve beer and wine the owners are extremely friendly and they have the most beautiful friendliest dog to welcome you when you walk in the door!!!!

This was my first time being here. They were immediately welcoming and helpful with all of the details and things to do to get started. I found the prices to be reasonable and unlike others places in town, they do not have a fee to paint. It was a great experience and we went on half price wine night which was a bonus! Hope to be back real soon! Thank you! 😊

(Also I wanted to add this since I just saw other reviews, please do not get rid of the dog! I assure you not everyone is bothered by a sweet animal being around us while we paint. I find that to be a good addition to the experience at this place!)

If you’re in Springfield, Missouri and are trying to get out of the rain or just need/want something to do Artistree Pottery IS the place for you to do just that.
The girl we had today with the blonde hair was sweet as can be and as beautiful as a sunflower in a field that has been nurtured and has had plenty of sunshine..

Wonderful place to spend a few hours painting a piece of pottery. The shop is in a beautiful older building. They had a good selection of pieces to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful. My granddaughters loved the shop dog. Fancy teas and coffees were available. It was a fun activity for a girl's weekend. I liked the way the paint and firing fee were included in the piece of pottery that you choose to paint. I would definitely recommend this shop.

Open and cute space, plenty of seating, snacks and beverages available for purchase. Staff were friendly and helpful. The prices per piece are more expensive than other places, however you will NOT be charged for an hourly studio fee. Also, they have a sweet resident doggo!

We had my daughter’s baby shower and the day was perfect! So many pieces to choose from and delicious finger foods. Calm and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend for a group activity, girls day or date night!

I have never felt so welcomed or comfortable in this wonderful spot that lets your creativity go wild. The staff are amazing and so helpful. They have a pup which everyone loves and it was so sweet and really set a relaxing tone. The pup is obviously loved by all and helps out with the owner who has a vision challenge. Have fun and go get creative!

My girlfriend and me absolutely love this place! This is our second time here and I just had to write a review. The prices are super fair here, and they are always getting new pieces in that you can paint and they have all sorts of different paint colors to choose from! 10/10 will come back again😄

I cannot put into words how amazing this place is. Absolutely a hidden jem in Springfield in my opinion. I went today with my best friend and we had such an amazing time. The owner and workers were so friendly/helpful and went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. No studio or painting fees which absolutely blew us away! Pottery was fairly priced and there was a piece that could be found in everyone’s price range. They offer food and drinks as well. We had the homemade chips and dip which were delicious. The best part…A STUDIO DOG!! Her name was Millie and she could not have been a sweeter girl. She was prepared for all the pets. I have nothing but good things to say and will absolutely be back soon.

This place is amazing. Didn't know I would enjoy it so much. My wife took me here on a date night, and have been back multiple times since. You pick and purchase the piece you want to paint then paint it. They do the rest. Pieces start out around $15, and go up. Every holiday they have holiday pieces.

Our experience at Artistree Pottery has been fantastic. The owner and staff at this business are professional and helpful as well as very nice! If you want to have a great time with family and friends painting pottery, this is the right business to visit. We will be back to paint more pieces in the future!

My daughter and I had a mother daughter day. Stayed for about 3 hours. It was so peaceful and also comforting with the drinks they served us. My daughter had hot chocolate, and I had a London drink.did I say, We spent 3 hours just painting our piece of pottery and enjoying the zen like environment? Lol. Also having Tammy joe (golden retriever) is a plus! Such a sweet pup.

Fun activity, lots of pottery to choose from and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Had family in town so us girls did some painting, the turn around was quick and our pieces turned out great!

My first time at Artistree was a huge success! The setup and process was easy, and there were so many items to choose to paint. They even had a to-go coffee mug, which I've never seen before in a paint-your-own-pottery studio. My favorite part about the experience was that the shop sold glasses of wine and beer and treats. It made the perfect girl's day activity!

First time here today and it was such a cool experience! I loved being able to pick out any piece and give it the flare I wanted. Absolutely loved the shop dog as well! She really added to the cozy atmosphere. ❤

Initially, I went to experience paint your own pottery, two years later and I’m hooked! The atmosphere is amazing and the selection is incredible. I love the emphasis the owner and staff place on making their shop accessible to everyone and welcoming all. If you haven’t experienced this gem of a place you definitely should.

I love this place! The pieces cover a wide price range, so you'll definitely be able to find something for every budget. There is a wide selection of paint colors, so every piece is sure to be unique. I also like the 1/2 off wine special deal on Wednesdays.

Had a great time with my 7 yr old granddaughter, painting, petting the studio dog & a snack in a great atmosphere. The prices are very reasonable. The price on the piece is it, no studio or paint fee, unless you want a speciality glaze,and then you get the whole bottle not one time use!! Wine, coffee, soda & light snacks available also for a reasonable price. Love the owner, who has been there both times, & the young woman who helped us with out projects.

cutest little shop ever. no studio fees, no painting fees, just the price of the pottery. best perk? shop dog. the sweetest old golden retriever named Millie. we went last wednesday and it was so relaxing in there. definitely will be going back. 💚
