Campbell Flats

We lived in Campbell Flats about a year and a half (from 2021-2023). It has honestly been such a great experience all the way around. Management (particularly Noelle) and the maintenance team have been attentive to our needs while we were here. The apartment was clean and nice, and just the right amount of space that we needed. The apartment complex is very close to town and easy to access the highway, yet it’s also tucked away in a quiet area that allowed us to go for walks in the nearby neighborhoods. The owners are always looking for ways to improve the complex for the residents. We have already recommended it to a few of our friends. Definitely worth checking it out!

I have lived at Seville Square for almost 4 years. The apartments are really nice and the rent is not too high. The landscaping is kept up well and is very pretty. The maintenance is handled promptly when needed. The office staff is friendly and answers messages within a reasonable time frame. The pool is just right, clean and close by. The area is convenient and in a nice neighborhood while being just outside the bustle of Springfield so it's quiet.

We really enjoyed our time living at Seville Square Apartments. It was quiet and peaceful, much better than we expected. The neighbors were nice and the landlord was really easy to work with. We thought the apartment was nice for the price, and we enjoyed the pool. The location is great. It was so quick and easy to get places in town. Highly recommended.

I have lived here since July 2018 and I am very please. It is quiet, clean, in a great area, and priced very fairly. They also respond to maintenance requests within 24 hours. I look forward to more years here.

Nice apartments and rent was fair price. New company raised rent price and these apartments are NOT worth the new rent price.

When we moved here a year ago was a quiet nice place with reasonable rent. Since then, another company bought it, and raised the rent to a non justified amount for the apartment, there noise at all times, screaming disrespectful neighbors, and constantly barking non trained dogs. If you call the manager they tell you that they will take care of it, but it's still the same. We will not renew our lease.

the one star is for the 2 years I lived there and it was family owned. They recently got taken over by a new management company who upped the rent by $200-$400 a month. Christie the new manager walked through as we were moving out and said we didn’t need to worry about cleaning as much since they were updating things and painting they were giving everyone their deposits back due to updating everything anyways. A couple weeks goes by, and now she’s changed her mind and charged a $310 cleaning fee, and all she says when we tell her what she told us is “I know.I’m sorry” They’re impossible to ever get ahold of. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend.

Lived there for 2 years, never late on rent and kept the apartment better than i got it. I was even told i would get all of my security deposit back. Well i moved to Montana and after 3 weeks i hadnt recieved my deposit. I finally got a hold of them and was told i was only getting 30 dollars back because they needed to paint the walls. I had to basically threaten legal action tonjist get half of my deposit bsck, the old man who owns the place isna theif and Lindsey will just lie to your face. If you live here dont expect to get your deposit back even if you leave the apartment in perfect shape.

If I could give them zero stars I would. This place is a dumpster fire. The manager is almost never on site and doesn’t answer her phone. Any time you do actually get to talk to her she sounds super out of it, like she’s drunk or high. Things will go missing from your apartment when you’re not home. The manager once called my boyfriends emergency contacts to see where he was and when they confirmed he spent the weekends at my place, things started disappearing. His neighbors reported the same problems. DO NOT move here unless you want to be ignored by management until her and her husband and teenage kids (who all have keys to the apartments) decide they want to rummage thru your belongings and take what they want.

Mistakes in bookkeeping (they actually posted 2 months of my rent to another apartment) maintenance is sometimes impossible to contact. Said they're going pet free.
