Cronkhite is a great company! Me and my wife just purchased our first home from them in the rogersville development and we are beyond grateful and satisfied! They were very attentive towards any of our requests and built our home exactly how we wanted! Great home quality and very welcoming company to work with! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Kathy was our rep and she was fantastic! During the design process we picked out a white brick and then a month later she said that they stopped using that one and had other options to choose from. After our brick was installed we didn’t like it and Cronkhite whitewashed our brick to make sure we loved the home and end result of our brick since the original brick wasn’t an option anymore! We love our home and any issue we had got resolved thanks to our realtor and Drew! Would recommend to build your forever home!

My fiancé and I decided to build with Cronkhite for first our home together. Within just a few months, we have a beautiful new home that we could not be happier with. Mike and his team are fantastic to work with, they made the home building and buying experience easy. We will definitely be building our next home in the future with Cronkhite Homes!

Recently bought a Cronkhite home from the previous owners and the home is approx 1.5-2 years old. I got a call from my wife that some flashing was hanging off the front of the house. When I got home Mike Cronkhite happened to be driving by and asked if anyone had talked to me about the flashing, I said /I had left a message but had not spoken to anyone. Well Mike took care of it and they had someone hear the next morning to temporally tack it up and they got a piece on order. So happy to see the owner/builder take such pride in the homes they put up/!!!

I’m currently having Cronkhite Homes LLC build me a home and so far everything is pretty straightforward. The home is for a good price and if I had to point out anything it would be the limited selection on some options offered. However, for the price in the area we chose, I would say this is still a good price for the home and having the options in the first place is better than not having any choice at all and having to just build yourself. So, I will update the review after the home is complete and share my experience.

We are very pleased with the house. Really appreciate Cronkhite’s 400-point inspection. During their check, they discovered that the floors that had been installed didn't match up with their high standard of excellence. They ripped them up and put in all new flooring before the closing. As a 21 year licensed broker and agent I have worked with numerous national and local builders throughout my career. Cronkhite sets the gold standard for customer service and kindness. I recently had a client whose baby was diagnosed with cancer a little more week before closing. Cronkhite homes was so thoughtful with them at closing knowing the tremendous stress they were experiencing. From taking care of their lawn after closing while they were away at hospitals to offering to open their home for deliveries. It was heartwarming to hear the giving nature of Drew Beaty and the superintendent. Fast forward a month and understandably so, the buyers forgot to turn on their electric. In the middle of our heatwave and on a weekend they had just arrived back home one day prior with their baby after months of treatment. We called the builder first to make sure there wasn't a building issue or outage in the neighborhood then the buyers remembered they may have forgotten to do the transfer. They were heading to a hotel for the weekend to escape the hot house. Drew Beaty went to their hotel and Cronkhite Homes paid for their stay. This was MONTHS after closing and even though they were not responsible for the situation, they stepped up to help this family and offer a little bit of peace and kindness. My buyers have had no complaints regarding their home and if they do in the future, I am certain there will no issue reaching Cronkhite homes and him taking care of things. I mean how could we worry, when he has taken care of things that most sellers and builders would have said "not my problem".
