Cheyenne Valley, Nixa by Trendsetter Homes

I am actually writing a review for the work I had done on my home in Summit Meadow, not Cheyenne Valley. (unable to write review on the other trendsetter site)

I was blessed by having work done on my kitchen Island by three gentlemen who I will refer to as Trendsetter’s A Team (aka Brad, Andy, and Ethan). All three gentlemen were professional and thorough in meeting my needs in stabilizing my kitchen Island. They came in and quickly braced up the island, and were done by noon it was like I was visited by Ninjas.

Bottom line they were professional, courteous and thorough. Thank you Trendsetter for employing the best!

My wife and I recently closed on a “Brooklyn” home in Cheyenne Valley and we are nothing short of pleased. The entire team has been outstanding from the beginning and it has made the experience very enjoyable. Brady, our project manager, was professional and his attention to detail ensured that our home met our expectations! We’re so thankful to him for helping us down to all the finishing touches! Thanks Brady for building our house that we get to make a home!!!

I am so pleased with my decision to buy from Trendsetter. All have been helpful but Ken has been fantastic. Twice I have seen him out in the area and asked him about very small issues. Both times he has stopped what he was doing and taken care of my issues... and did it cheerfully without making me feel I was bothering him. He us a true gem!

Kate, Ashley, Tracey and Logan all of them have been very helpful and they have gone above and beyond to make buying our house a very easy process

Amazing people and great product. They build a A+ home from the ground up. Great property to have.

My review is to share the positive experience we had with Trendsetter homes employees, Brad & Ethan. Both men have been great to work with. Brad is truly a gem! Super easy going, hard worker, very friendly, professional, humble and gets the "fixes" done (that are within his power to fix of course); just a really personable guy. We always felt comfortable with him in our home and his "fixes" have stayed fixed. Ethan was also super friendly, had a great attitude, was willing to fix what was needed (within his power to do so) went the extra mile while he was here, hard worker & cleaned up after himself. Had a really great experience with both of them. Hiring them is one thing Trendsetter did right 👍🏼
