I’ve worked for several other contractors, and I do have to say these guys are really do care about the quality of their homes. They do not try to cut corners and build a cheap house. They actually take time to make sure everything is done correctly and the choice of material they use is of the best quality. Flintlock is the builder of the house we are renting. We notified our property management company to advise of some uneven settling (brand new build) of the foundation. Our purpose was to only notify as the issues were not that bad. Low and behold, Flintrock showed up and listened to our concerns. Flintrock addressed our issues and said they would follow up if the we continued to have settling issues. Thank you for your prompt response and your professionalism during our encounter!
