We have lived in our Bussell House for a year now and the experience has been wonderful. we are still very excited with our house and had only 4 minor issues which Caleb and the Bussell office took care of all issues very quickly, on one occasion called back to check how the fix was doing. the neighborhood and neighbors have been a delight I can only assume when the construction is finished in Green Ridge this will be a very nice community.

We highly recommend using Bussell Our home is extremely well built and energy efficient. The floor-plans are well designed for functional living. The attention to detail and craftsmanship far exceeds any home we’ve ever owned. The Bussell team was easy to work with and has been incredibly professional and responsive during the entire process.

Bussell Building built my home approx 8 years ago. I had a few ideas when we met and they were incredible to work with! Very responsive, professional and eager to please. I have been thrilled with my home everyday since. I’ve had no issues or problems and they still provide exceptional service. I asked today what shingles I had put on 8 years ago and had my answer within 10 min! My grandson purchased a Bussell home in Republic two years ago that’s much older than mine but in excellent shape. The pride in quality shows and lasts & lasts! I am very pleased with the Ashland house that became available to me after construction was already started. I was still able to select several choices for inside construction as to amenities. With your help, I was allowed the selection of prior "white" kitchen and bathroom cabinetry to be changed to "my" choice of a wood stain with which I am very pleased.

I believe the house construction to be of high quality. I like the ceiling design both in plastering selection throughout and like the ceiling insets in the bedrooms. I also like the size of the lot and the neighborhood.
Living in another state at the time of selection of this house, I appreciate your company working with my daughter and her husband living across the street of my selected house, to help me make selections through face time.
