For the last 35 years I have participated in auto and home audio competitions. I've used ETON speakers with titanium dome tweeters, when those first came out; Audio Art's top of the line amplifiers; and one of my favorites: Focal amplifier imported from France.

I've seen good dealers and bad dealers.

I first came to Audiophile 12 years ago and have been a repeat customer since.

As I read some of the reviews and their negativity, it is absolutely imperative to denounce those faked reviews.
I have personally witnessed the Owner sell what will benefit the customer, rather than his pocketbook. Customers have come in with an idea of what they wanted, but left with equipment suited PERFECTLY for their vehicle and pocketbook.
At no time have I had or witnessed any negative impact from Audiophile to a single customer.

Geff was absolutely fantastic to work with. Had a ton of product knowledge, and was super friendly. Felt like I was talking to a long time friend. Gave me a unbelievable deal, and the best experience I've ever had with a company would rate higher if I could. 10/10 would highly recommend.

They were extremely busy. We were greeted kindly and told where we were in the order process. Grateful he squeezed me into a busy schedule. They delivered car back on time. Took the time to review everything slowly and clearly on how to operate my new purchase. Did not hurry us. Exactly why I prefer christian businesses.

Jeff is very knowledgeable and worked to get me the most for my budget. I have been buying here for years and never have a problem. This was an outdoor application for a pavilion and not just my vehicles.

I was on a lengthy trip when the stereo in my F-150 went out. I chose Audiophile based on the reviews I read and I’m super happy that I found them. The store was very busy with a constant flow of people, but when it was my turn, Geoff listened to me carefully, tested my system, and was able to diagnose the problem as SYNC failure. Audiophile bent over backwards to be accommodating and get my stereo fixed super quick while I was in town.

While I was in the store waiting, I was impressed with Geoff’s manner. The store was busy and he was in high demand, but he worked hard to suggest options that would help each customer. They had tons of merchandise and obviously do a lot of business.

I was in the store for a long time and was pleased with the ethics I saw when Geoff actually lowered the price from his original estimate. Real integrity there and stellar customer service. Clearly a lot of people love this store. I’ve read the 1-star reviews and they don’t sound like anything I witnessed, making me wonder if they’re bogus reviews posted by competitors. What I DO know is that any time I’m in the area again, I’ll be returning to Geoff at Audiophile.

I came in to get a radio install. My vehicle has apparently been completely demolished as far as wiring. Aaron and Geoff have gone above and beyond to get it all fixed and straightened out to make sure my equipment worked like it should. I have bought numerous products from theses guys. They are really knowledgeable and sell great product. My most recent purchase from them was a remote start for my pickup, the install took them alot longer than most but my truck wasn't equipped with the proper stuff. They had lots of time invested but still only charged me the agreed upon price, look forward to doing business with them in the future.
