I am very happy with the service I received and even more excited about the remote start on my 2003 Corvette. Definitely would recommend to everyone.

After have the worst nightmare at another shop and being taken advantage of. I stopped for a second opinion. Juan was very polite is giving his thoughts on my current mess. Very professional. And has a very strong knowledge with his equipment. He was able to diagnose the issues I had. Give an account estimate of what I needed. And make it happen with very good communication and execution. A+ from him and these guys with doing a good jog.

Exceeded my expectations! Very knowledgeable and took their time to explain the different systems and functions. They did not try to push big sales, in fact I was told to try the speakers I have with the new stereo before purchasing all new. The store is very nice and clean, with a wide range of products in stock. Nice waiting area. I received a call and text when my car was done. They completely back their work! Factory warranty and store warranty. My new stereo looks factory installed. Before leaving I was taken to my car to be educated on my new system and make sure I was 100% happy. Matt was courteous and professional. He answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had. He got my car in within a couple days of my initial visit and thoroughly answered all my questions about system operation after installation was complete. The system sounds and looks fantastic. I'll be using creative audio for all my audio needs in the future!

So returned today to demo new speakers for my dodge truck and was not disappointed, very knowledgeable and patient young man helped me thru the whole process and were very happy again .

Jesse was a great guy to work with. He showed me and told what they were going to do and where they will locate my back camera and a USB plugin for my upgraded stereo. Was very professional and professionally installed. I am very happy with my very first visit. And the price was reasonable.

My husband and I highly recommend this place. They are knowledgeable, fairly priced, very honest (even if it means them not selling you something!!) friendly and even funny. They conduct their business with integrity. We are "return customers" as they have worked on several of our cars thru the years, however, this last visit I was even more impressed with them! We will definitely be back and we will tell our friends our experience and recommend them to visit Creative Audio.

I purchased a stereo with a back up camera a couple months ago and decided not to install it myself so I called the store and they were able to get my vehicle in that day and get it finished. Stellar job and 100% great customer service by the entire team. Thank you
