My last insurance company was closing so I was left looking for a new one. Churchwell was recommended to me by a coworker who was also with them. Once I called them, they were so incredibly attentive and professional. They not only found me a new homeowners policy, but was even able to find new a better auto policy while they were at it. Through all the moves and all the changes, they have always been so polite, understanding, and accommodating. I highly recommend their services, not only because of the insurance they provide, but because of the customer service that comes along with it.

Churchwell agents are the insurance all stars! My business insurance policies have been with Chaz and his team for years with excellent support when needed. Recently, an auto policy with another agency informed me of an upcoming 20% increase with my renewal. I sent Chaz the info with very little time left on the clock. Hilial was an amazing agent to work with as we secured all of our insurances for our new business venture. Rates were more than reasonable. He knew exactly what coverage we needed for our restaurant and then some. Working with him was like working with a family member. Very exceptional service. I had forgotten to remove a sold vehicle and almost a year and a half later once I realized and connected with the agency, Ayme was able to back date my refund from when it was sold and I got a check back in the mail recently for the difference I paid for over a year without knowing. She was proactive in letting me know that was even an option. Very grateful for the experience.

Chaz assisted us with finding a new homeowners insurance policy when the company we were carrying at the time stopped servicing our area. I had an extremely pleasant experience working with Ayme and the Churchwell Insurance Agency to activate my first home insurance policy. She was able to work directly with my mortgage loan provider to provide the necessary insurance documents to close on my home! Not only that, I had a last minute closing date change (to an earlier date) in which I needed an earlier coverage policy. Ayme was able to quickly provide the lender the requested information to make this a reality all while looping me in and keeping me updated!
