I always love coming here. The staff is always so nice and friendly. The food comes out quick and hot.

I bring my kiddos here. The play place is small, but clean and fun. The staff are very friendly and go above and beyond. I have never had an issue with my food.

Incredible experience last time I was here! Andrew (former employee of the month) provided impeccable service! I wish he would come back!

Out of all the McDonald's I've ever been to this one is by far the best. The food, staff and restaurant are great. Our food is always fresh and made correctly and the staff is always very friendly. We particularly love Jodi! It's impressive watching her work, she is on top of everything and smiling the whole time, even if it's crazy busy! We love seeing her there because she's just so sweet to us. She deserves a raise for all her hard work and positive attitude. You're the best Jodi!

Moved to Richmond 2 weeks ago, been to this restaurant 3 times. Every time, my quarter pouder w cheese was correct, juicy and hot. I'm picky as former cook. I had stopped eating at fast food cuz quality and price but this restaurant restored my favorites. I can deal with price if food is hot and done correctly. 😍

My favorite McDonald’s in the area by far!! Usually very fast and very kind😊 Food is fresh and my order has only been incorrect once, and they’re very quick to fix it for you if you come back and ask politely!! I went through the drive thru last Thursday and the person who took my order was very polite and enthusiastic, as well as the person at first window and both girls I spoke with at the second window were super nice!! Would definitely recommend👏

The morning crew that’s always there around 6:45am-7am on weekdays is exceptionally pleasant while providing exceptional customer service. Their small gestures and kindness continue to exceed my expectations and are very much appreciated. Thank you for all you do to get our day off to a good start!

Connor Bliss, was working when i arrived at mcdonald’s, he’s a great employee, he was very polite and got me my food on time.

We ordered 2 steak, egg, and cheese bagels. They told us we had to pull up and wait. It took quite a while. But they gave us 2 cards to get 2 free breakfast sandwiches of our choice next time we visit. Very considerate Richmond McDonald's! Thank you!

I only buy their $1 sodas as their other food is horrible. It all tastes like cardboard now. I bit into my sausage patty and it tasted rancid. While i was at this location i had to choose between white foamy ketchup or being sprayed by their other ketchup dispenser. Which one would you want? The service there was awesome!

I went to the Richmond McDonald's. Great service. Only issue was the van in front of me. Blaring the bass in their vehicle. I asked if staff ever asked customers to turn it down while others were trying to place THEIR ORDERS? She commented that they have. But some customers get RUDE and turn their music even louder. It's. 'My MUSIC'!. Well, perhaps. But when others can't hear ,it's on ALL OF US! #BeCourteous.

The food is standard McDonald's quality and price. . The location is clean and in good shape, though. The restrooms are usually clean.

Very fast friendly service. I am a picky eater and always order my food special. As many times as I've come here, I've never had an error in my order. The play set is great for my kids.

Richmond McDonald's has the best and friendliest employees. Who are extremely fast and efficient. Plus it is extremely clean.

McDonald's prices are way too high they keep trying to push her to use the app when you can drive through and talk to a box the people are nice and services pretty fast

Idk why you felt the need to make the place look so sterile and boring. You've also completely ruined the play place. Kids used to have the entire huge room the play in, now they get a 10×8 little box that's not even worthy of a playground.
