Very good customer service: My order is ALWAYS double checked at the window by the staff, staff always have good attitudes, this location is always clean and well organized. Restrooms are also always well kept and disinfected, wheelchair accessibility ♿ for those he requires it will not have an issue at this location, which featured wide stall and wall-bars.

The fries are crispy, hot and salted perfectly at a McDonald's in the US compared to the restaurants in Canada. The quarter pounder tasted better too. Think I'll take a trip south more frequently, just for the crisp, hot and salty fries.

It was a standard mcdonald's run. All the food was fresh and correct, as ordered.

For the most part they have great service here, I've had to turn around and go back due to items missing but they were very apologetic and made it up to me

I rate this, and most, McDonald's, with a perfect 5 stars because it, and they, provide exactly what's expected.

I really don't eat fast food, but my child always demands this once in a while. Wish the fries were a little hotter. I love my fries piping hot straight from the fryer. The lady at the drive-through was super patient and friendly! I love the onions in the quarter pounder.

Standard McDonald’s. Quick service, easy pickup, clean bathrooms. What more does one need from McDonald’s? The spicy McChicken was actually spicy (unlike other places) - so that was cool!

This particular McDonald's is quite clean and not busy at all when I got here. It's a great location, just off the highway, with a gas station right across the parking lot so great pit stop!

This place has very fast wi fi, if you have slow wifi, dont pay for it or just dont have access to the internet and need to update or download something for a device this is the spot. I tried the library, starbucks and woods coffee all would take days to download and were at very slow speeds. I was at the library and got 3 GB downloaded in 3 hours. I decided to come in here and my 40GB download was finished in 30 minutes.

Don't know about the food, i dont eat processed garbage food and neither should you. Bring some salads to work, get a lunch box and make some chicken and broccoli. Though i did order 2 mcdoubles for my sitting and they were good.

It's sad to say we eat more fast food than we should so to say we frequent McDonalds frequently is a bit of an understatement. With the ever expanding menus the wait times at these establishments have slowed. Add in Covid and it has gotten worse. Then we pull into the Ferndale McDonalda. In the many times we have been here, we have never encountered anything but a truly professional experience! The food is always good, the fries are always fresh and they try to get you through the line as soon as possible...cuz who likes hanging out in a drive thru line, right!!

8 times out of 10 they are great, get the order right, temperature is on point

My kids absolutely love this place. I love it because they love it. Yeah sure we might not be the healthiest option but it is what it is. Are we here for a long time or a good time

Very nice and spacious in the eating area in the playplace! Entire family enjoyed our visit here!
