I really like their customer service. Everyone is so friendly, and I can feel their enthusiasm and joy. That day, I forgot my sunglasses, but they kindly kept it for me, allowing me to successfully retrieve them. I appreciate!

This Starbucks location is bright, sunny, and cheerful no matter what time of year you visit due to all the windows. Very easy to get to, but plan to wait if you want the drive through during peak hours. It's often backed up or wrapped around the building. I prefer to go inside. Lots of things in the case to try, friendly service, and great drinks of course.

Stopped by in a quiet afternoon, and the staff was friendly and helpful as usual. I ordered my typical iced mocha with whip cream, Venti size, but they were out of tall straws, and they were so sorry and willing to give me a extra cup to split it. Overall a great typical experience at Starbucks.

Today March 28 the gentlemen working the drive thru was so nice! Way to offer great customer service!

I have always had a good experience at this location. Friendly baristas and clean interior.
The drive-thru can get a little backed up at times.
Easy location to get to from off I5, going north or south.

I love that starbucks is always consistent with their products, the staff is always friendly and they are pretty darn fast. I've been told by employees that the company treats their employees very well, which makes me want to support them back.

I love the Flat White with ristretto shots and whole milk; the spinach feta wrap and the impossible breakfast sandwich.

I often times go to Starbucks if I need a pick me up. The staff are always nice and I'd give 5 stars for food but personally I have to use sugar-free syrup and they got rid of them all with only one flavor left which is vanilla and so I've started going to other places that have better selections.

So I'm very well known for being very critical of business owners in the way they do business if you keep those I want to say that this Starbucks not just has been hiring the right staff but the way they treat their customers and courage repeat business making good coffee and all-around deal with problems without the dies of some of the structures that have evolved most of our online use in the last 3 years by far this Starbucks I give it the top of my Starbucks experiences anywhere every person that I doubt whether it's up for one has been awesome coffee 1 images hard morning. They were really busy but every person that I dealt with on any Google and I say that you are at Starbucks these days they're going far above and beyond to be humanly cordial and there's a reason why I Starbucks is so busy all right have a great day and thank you

The local Ferndale Starbucks Crew is great. Friendly, personable and quick to get your order ready. As I was waiting for my order I noticed nearly a dozen people standing at the end of the counter. I didn't realize at first but they were waiting for online orders. On top of the drive through and in store customers these associates were keeping ahead of the online orders too. I definitely recommend supporting this location.

Love this location! The drinks are always consistently well made. The staff go above and beyond with such kindness and keep the line moving remarkably fast.

Excellent Starbucks location, and I'm so glad they built one closer to Birch Bay! It's a good location, right by a light so you can have a protected turn and easily leave even during rush hour. The drinks are made right and done well. Service is friendly and prompt.

I've only gone through the drive thru here, so I can't speak to the interior.

Went drive up. Very busy but staff very friendly and appears to like job. This is a smaller Starbucks but worth the round about way to get drive-thru

My daughter absolutely loves Starbucks.
She uses the mobile app. So, she orders and pays for everything before we even get there
She is able to tip over the app too.
Makes the trip so much easier.
The only wait we have is on other customers who don't use the app.

The coffee was great but service wasn't. That's okay I will take my money elsewhere.

UPDATE: Okay, I recently went through here again and much to my surprise had a very pleasant experience. I was so impressed at how courteous the staff was. I can get coffee anywhere, but it is the customer service that sells me on a place. Glad I gave them another shot.

It took Ferndale a long time to get a full on Starbucks. It was worth the wait. As with most Starbucks the staff is great, the coffee is great and the selection is great be it coffee, snacks or coffee related items for self or gifts. The store itself is quite big. Lots of room for a group plus enough room to stay away from a large group it you wish to be alone.

I’m new to Washington and Live in Ferndale. I moved here from Hawaii. Spent my entire life in Hawaii. Our coffee shops are way different there. I came to this location not expecting much other than a coffee. I am beyond surprised. The people here are so friendly kindest people I’ve met so far in my travels. The managers and all the staff are so amazing. They welcome you with bright cheery big beautiful smiles and a wonderful Hello welcome. The blond chick is especially wonderful In my book. She gave me a free coffee and in my world I could use a free coffee. It made my entire month. She is also pretty cute. Out of my league but worth checking out over coffee. I tend to stay here all day and I hope I don’t over stay. I don’t like to be a bother but seems like they don’t mind. I love the fact all the tables have plugs and the inside has free WiFi. Really great location. I absolutely love it and highly recommend this location.

LOVE STARBUCKS SO MUCH IV BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH ALL THE EMPLOYEES & ALL COFFEES!! Legit though, Iv been drinking starbucks coffee for 21 years I get at least 2 coffee's a week! I know some people say "buts its expensive" yeah most everything in life is anyway, I mean its a cup of happiness! Too the employees THANK YOU SO MUCH, YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST !💙💙💙

My experience was great. Way better location and more convenient then having to walk into haggens. I haven’t had any issues with any of my orders and also had really good service. Also happy it’s open when I go to work at 4:50am. Thanks for the early morning coffee!!
