Definitely one of my Hot spots for a soothing drink. Today it's shot of espresso and a Honey Citrus mint tea

Shoutout to Jeffrey at the Perry Starbucks! When I placed my order they were out of two things and Jeffrey went above and beyond with substitution ideas. The coffee I received with his help was fabulous!! Will be going back again soon and appreciate great customer service!

So I'll be discussing the Perry, GA Starbucks.
*AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! One of the employees always says, "Hi Jackie!" when go inside the store.
*NEVER EVER made my drink incorrect. VERY IMPORTANT!
*Name is ALWAYS spelled correctly on my drink sticker. I understand that this may be trivial to you... so it's a good thing that I care less about what you think of lil ol moi. 😆

The staff is very helpful and kind. The young man, Christian? I think it was, was super patient with me and helped me with my order. I like to try new things and the menu is so big and complicated but the drink he recommended was actually tasty.

Edit: This is no longer an issue. They only charge now if you get extra base and I always get a full cup now! Hooray!

This location has been excellent with it's staff, speed, and all other important things since I've been coming here.

Unfortunately starting today there is a new policy that if you get "No ice" I'm your beverage you have to pay a $1 upcharge (almost 20%) to have the bev filled up. Otherwise you'll receive a half full drink. This has never been the case here for the years I've been coming. Unfortunately, I'll no longer be back while this policy is in effect

Excellent customer service at this location, LOVE the baristas…they are so accommodating and kind. The manager however, negatively affects the vibe of this store & regularly talks very loudly about employees out in the open and is literally having a disciplinary conversation with another manager so loudly that the other employees can hear her, it’s super awkward and bad for morale. They’re peeking over rolling their eyes and look stressed. I come in often enough to have a strong opinion on this. The manager (female, long brown hair, larger build) often sits in the special needs table and speaks so loudly for hours at a time & it disturbs the entire store, annoying customers & distracting the employees when she talks about private HR matters out in the open. I have observed her many times to be demeaning to employees and even made fun of an employee last week as she was shouting a correction to them on the line (from the seating area) when the employee confused their left from right and she laughed very loudly with another employee and kept saying “your LEFT…HAHAHA you’re other left”…the was visibly embarrassed and clearly dyslexic (or just too embarrassed to function) bc the whole store was looking at them. I’ve had to sit here at watch her for the past year act obnoxiously to the employees - her loud, unprofessional demeanor is unacceptable. If I was an employee I’d formally complain. This would never fly in a bigger market location but I do think there would be better management options than this person in this area and plenty of great options already working here. It makes me not want to physically be here as a customer when she’s here parked in the seating area and talking like it’s her personal living room. I can’t imagine working for her. Just putting this out there in case the workers feel like they can’t complain. You can’t loudly reprimand people in front of customers and staff & discuss HR issues so loud everyone can hear using their names. It’s bullying behavior. Quick edit. Last week this same manager was seemingly firing or disciplining an employee (female, green hair) and discussing the employee’s mental health in the dining room loud enough for everyone to hear, I was sitting at the opposite end of the room and could hear her. I was mortified for this young lady. Considering calling corporate at this point.

For nearly 7 years, I have referred to Starbucks in Perry as “My friends in Perry!” Everyone here is always so kind to me, my coffee order is always perfect, and the business itself is always very clean!

Every employee here goes above and beyond for everyone and they're always so happy! It's great! It's very clean, fast, and comforting in here.

I got the Bacon, Gouda & Egg Sandwich with Chocolate Cookie Crumble Crème Frappuccino

I don't drink coffee but I bring my daughter here a couple times a week to get a fruity drink And our cake pops

We have visited this Starbucks location many times and service is always good but this time our visit was a tad different. We value great customer service since it’s rare to find these days so we want to give Christian a shout out! He was amazing and so friendly, he loved our dogs and they loved him as well and were very appreciative of their Pup Cups! Thanks for making our visit the best one yet!

Great staff and only a short drive off of the interstate. Brand new STARBUCKS with plenty of seating and clean bathrooms. Located in the same parking lot as the Publix across the parking lot.

Christian took my order in the drive thru. He was so sweet. He just had a warm personality and made me want to hug him through the window lol keep it up!

Hot and cold drinks, good food, great service. UPDATE: I would visit every day if I could. Vanessa is a star! The service has been great lately and I love the new drinks.

I love Starbucks. This particular one (Perry, Ga) is very convenient and never seems to disappoint whenever I’m ordering my drinks or bakery items. Highly recommend.

First coffee of 2020 lol we went through drive thru today. The parking lot was clean, ran smoothly, the lady was nice, spoke clearly and was helpful in ordering. The lady at the window was nice too. The treats we ordered were delicious and the nitro cold brew was perfect. Great experience to start off 2020!

Expensive burnt coffee for snobs bought with dirty pieces of paper with old dead white men on it! Great food though and worth q penny when stuck for time! The barristas are cuties! Do go. Diabetic comas in a cup! (Giggling)

Dylan is the barista who made this DELICIOUS mouth watering treaty for me this evening. It's TRULY PERFECTO❣❣❣ Infact, this Starbuck is one of the very best I've visited. All the guys are friendly and helpful. They all seem to really enjoy their jobs and making the customer feel as tho their beverage of choice is the best they will ever have. SUPER Clean too. Way to go PERRY GA STARBUCK! There's no place like home while visiting❣❣❣❣
