This store is very nice and has very friendly service. My family walked in we were greeted immediately by all staff and asked if we needed help. They have tons of outdoor for the outdoor enthusiasts. Guns and ammo as well. If archery is your thing they have plenty of bows and a tech that is very knowledgeable and friendly. He asked if we needed help along with the rest of the BA staff. I plan to buy from here again in the future.

I went in last minute and needed some help getting issues with my bow squared away. Chuck was extremely patient with me and answered all my questions while getting my bow dialed in. He went above and beyond to give me some critiques to help me understand cause and effect with my form. Highly recommend this shop and Chuck as a bow tech.

Great services. They answered all of questions. Willing to help explain things for us. Even paid attention to some of our questions and pulled some items out to show us what they had and see if we wanted them with our purchase.

Great staff and selection across the store. The bow shop is outstanding. Jay has done an incredible job setting up multiple new bows and sets of custom arrows for me and all of my buddies. If you want a bow tech that cares about quality, Jay is your man. He stays up to date with all of the ins and outs of the industry and can put you in the perfect setup for any application. He will have my business for many years to come.

I bought two bows from them this season. They have professional and knowledgeable staff in the archery shop that will help you get your bow set up regardless of your experience level. They just hired a professional archer as their bow technician. You will not be better served anywhere else in middle gerogia when it comes to archery. They have a variety of hunting apparel, outdoor apparel, a notable selection of firearms, kayaks, and kayak apparel. This shop has a little bit of everything for the outdoorsman. I highly recommend it.

All the staff have been super friendly but Tim was incredibly helpful and patient. He helped me pick the perfect scope without trying to over sell me. He also walked me through the beginning the process for a suppressor, all the while making sure to explain everything and present all options. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and look forward to doing business here for many years to come!

Very large selection of sitka!! So much variety for a small store. Lots of name brand quality merchandise. Store was very clean and organized. Staff was helpful and friendly in each area we browsed. Nice place to pit stop on the way to Florida.

I ordered a gun online from an online dealer of new and used firearms and Broken Arrow was listed as a "preferred FFL" point of pick up. I have never bought a gun this way but the guys at Broken Arrow are evidently used to these transactions and made it easy as hell. The only delay was waiting on the Big Brother background check.
I'm going back to buy something I saw while I was waiting!

Just got a new HOYT bow here and got it all set up and tuned perfectly, couldn't be more excited about it. Great service, and had fun setting up my bow with the archery staff here. Definitely will be making the drive from Macon for any future archery needs.

I bought my very 1st handgun here. The guys were very knowledgeable and patient with me. He smiled through showing me several guns. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for guns or outdoor equipment. Great service and amazing staff!!

I would like to greet guys from Broken Arrow's guns shop. If somebody needs some custom laser made graphics on their weapons then BAO is the place to go. I came back to Poland with two "unique" mags as souvenirs. Staff was kind and always ready to help.

I have had a few injuries, & surgeries, so I needed a light but durable kayak with an adjustable seat, adjustable foot pedals, room for a Pomeranian, my backpack with books, snacks, dog water vest, dog bowls, small cooler full of water, etc.
I am female, after all.
My husband needed a large, “Big Rig” kayak with all the amenities. He is a fisherman of great note in my esteemed estimation.
I laze about on Lake Juliette, soaking up the sun & occasionally swimming. Meanwhile he paddles from one end to the other searching for that elusive monster bass.
Paddling is difficult for me but my kayak glides through the water with minimal effort. She is as light as a feather, sliding across the water like a marble rolls across glass. I love how sleekly she moves!
Blake, & the other personages, at Broken Arrow made buying our first, brand new kayaks, vests, & paddles an exciting, fun experience.
My husband & I sincerely appreciate the kindness we, as uneducated kayak owners, were shown.
We picked out everything on a Saturday but, unfortunately, had to wait until the following Thursday to actually purchase everything. Rarely, in my experience, does a store willingly & with generosity hold purchasable goods for that length of time.
So, if you are interested in purchasing a kayak I believe that you should look no further than Broken Arrow.

these guys have more knowledge of kayaks, fishing rods & reels, bows, rifles and pistols than anywhere I've been in Georgia. So glad I found these guys and don't have to waste my time in big box stores anymore. My wife likes it because she can always find new clothes from brands like Southern Tide and Onward Reserve and Orvis.

Very nice store and the customer service is exemplary! Friendly & Knowledgeable! Joe really took his time helping us with our questions & purchase, we will be making this our “go to place” ...wonderful atmosphere!
