McDonald's

I sent a email 3 times already. This store is awesome but I'm missing 4000 points I've been saving. All 3 emails are always the same...used points are used points but pretty sure it's ai or something because my complaint is missing 4k points not used points...much as I love this store...I am boycotting McDonald's till I get them back...I for one am sad but I hate being robbed and I know I'm not the only one who is dealing with this since I'm slow to realize this kind off stuff.

As always, whenever I go through the drive-thru I order on my way home from work, never had a bad meal. Always been pleasantly happy.

Quick, accurate drive thru order. Employees actually thanked me, it doesn't happen everyday anymore.

I love the fries of course but the double cheeseburger is my favorite and fish sandwich.

Closer and Even BETTER Service than the Mickey D's across the street from the House. Never have they Messed up my orders.

My large fries were luke warm burgers were fine, but how can u mess up Extra Onions?

They always have my Carmel frappes. A lot of the other ones around me especially on shackelford hardly ever have them(or they lie and they r to lazy to make them) plus at this McDonald’s it’s fresh not stale and hard. I won’t waste my $ anymore at shackelford location at night any longer.

Clean new restaurant with friendly staff. Don’t know the reason people have given this 3 star previously but definitely this is 5start for me

I came in at 5:30 a.m. with a large order for 15 people, and they had it ready in about 5-6, and it was all correct, hot and fresh

This may just be fast-food, but they are always nice and friendly. I drive past the one near Mullanphy to come here. The food is always hot and fresh. I appreciate good service

Best extra onion burger I ever had!!

I like this location always a good stop for after school meal for grands

All around good if u want a great McD's experience go to this one. An they got young adults with manners, I couldn't believe it almost it was too easy for em.

Even though the place was slammed, the crew was courteous, focused, and completely on point with my many items and custom orders.

As far as McDonalds goes, this one is the best. We have been going her for 20 years and in all that time our order has never been wrong. Whatever management has done at this store should be implemented everywhere. These guys/gals are accurate and efficient every time. Whenever we go to a different McDonalds we are regularly disappointed.

This is a high traffic McDonald's location, and does get backed up a little at the drive-thru...but they are much faster than most of the other locations in my neighborhood no matter what company you are talking about! The staff is always pleasant and fun and I can't remember a mixed up order EVER from this location.
Also, I noticed that there does not seem to be much of a turn over in staff, do you kind of build up a little "McFriendship"! with the staff!! lol

Long line, but got through fast. Service very professional. They had the best tasting biscuits I've had at McDonald's in forever!
I have never had a bad experience at this location. I have one closer, but rather go out of my way to go to this one.

This is the best McDonald's in the area. They are very efficient. It's rare they ask me to pull my car up to wait for my order. Also, they have never been rude to me. My family and I drive past 2 other locations because their level of service cannot measure up to this location.

Great experience. There was no weight at all and both employees that I spoke to were extremely energetic and friendly. Good was hot and good in a quick fashion. I don't always love McDonald's, but this trip was flawless
