Other than my packages not getting scanned in, it's an alright place. Better than most post offices in the area. The staff is friendly

Came around 3:15pm today, Friday 06/09/23 and was the only person in the post office. The person working the counter was very kind and pleasant to work with. He was very thorough in what I needed to do to pay for a postage stamp, and worked quickly to get me in and out. I'd say I was at the post office for a total of 4 minutes max.
The other times I was here, I experienced great customer service, fast lines, and a clean room. I really have no complaints with this post office, and can't understand all the negative reviews posted regarding this location. I actually wish I would have gotten the employee's name because he was just that pleasant to work with, and workers like that should be acknowledged.

I sell online so I ship almost daily. This post office is THE best in the surrounding areas. All of the clerks are so nice and extremely helpful. I have had some problems with shipping, but never because of this Hazelwood location and they are always more than helpful with trying to find a resolution for a problem that honestly is out of their hands. Thank you for all the hard work you guys do! As a small business we really appreciate it!

I have been going here a lot lately because I'm selling online and it's close to my work. Everyone that shipped my items are nice and helpful. I have never had a problem with any of my items that I have shipped here.

Rarely a line and the employees are always in a good mood when I've interacted with them. I just drop packages off and this is one of the easiest locations to do so.

Have been going to this post office for decades for stamps, mailing packages, etc. The customer service has always been very good. Have not had mail held or forwarded so can't review for that. It would be nice if they had a better selection of stamps at times but the people have always been helpful and efficient for my needs.

Every time I go to this post office the staff has been very polite and helpful. The wait is never long. I've mailed many packages here, applied for my passport, and had the photos taken here and no problems. I came on here to look for this location's Saturday hours and I'm shocked to see so many negative reviews.

They must have taken all of the bad reviews to heart because I had a very positive experience today. I was greeted with a smile at the door by a "receptionist" who was there to assist people with quick tasks (buying stamps, accepting letters, etc). When I entered, I was immediately helped with no lines and no waiting. The clerk was extremely polite and friendly. A very pleasant interaction. No complaints here!

Always fast and super friendly, I'm so lucky to have one right on my way to work and they are amazing 💯

Been in here a few times to mail packages to NYC. Every time the staff has been helpful and clerk 08 went out of his way to get me a better priority mailing box for my items. Thanks !

Never had a problem. I come to this location for general shipping needs and also submitted my passport papers here in the past.

Ok i dont know what your guys problem is. but it seems to me that you guys are very impatient and dont know what youre talking about. I go to this post office because i work near here and they are always helpful.
People, READ THE TRANSACTION MACHINES BEFORE YOU SEND YOUR PACKAGES TO MAKE SURE IT IS GOING TO THE RIGHT PLACE.. KEEP YOUR RECEIPT!. this is one of the best. SEEMS LIKE YOU GUYS DONT PAY ATTENTION

I ran in here to buy stamps. The service was quick and since I knew exactly what I needed, it was very easy. The person who helped was nice.

Everything I have sent through this facility has been fast and reliable. Whomever is managing this facility is probably one of the top managers for the usps.

I went in with a particular problem and a black young lady was very polite and helped get an answer to my particular problem at hand about an address change. Thank you very much!
