Every week "That 1 Painter Cincinnati & NKY" meet at Newport Panera with our employees. They are always so accommodating and welcoming to our team! Plus the breakfast quiche and coffee are the best!

Uncertain of the quantity of negative reviews here. I have never had an issue with my food quality, timeliness, or staff. Obviously during peak hours things shift due to work load but still no complaints here. Drink club 🧉

Although the pizza sub was a bit dry, I had a great time meeting one of your managers, Logan. He was outstanding in helping me understand the menu and the staff that prepared it really did a great job at making me feel welcomed!

Had awesome service from a guy named Logan, he was kind and extremely helpful and was clearly proficient at his job. Made the experience memorable and would eat here again because of him.

Have always loved Panera. This trip I tried a breakfast sandwich and loved it. Lovely place to dine.

I love everything they have but the chili. Somehow it does not look and taste the same like it is used to.

Panera bread in Newport is great they have great indoor outdoor seating the coffee is the best great selection of soups and sandwiches sits directly in the Newport plaza so lots of shopping around it's a great place to have a coffee or soup or salad which are delicious and relax on the outside patio I'll sit on the inside with a fireplace going

I've been to most of the panera's in greater Cincinnati, and this one is my favorite, best service, best execution of menu items, less likely to be out of everything like some of the other stores, just all-around will run in a pleasure to visit.

Got there before the lunch rush. It was lovely.

Drive thru takes some time to get through. However visited during dinner rush time.

I always love going to Panera Bread. Food is fresh and tastes great. The restaurant and restroom are always neat and clean bathrooms. They have soup salad and sandwiches which you can choose as a pick two or as a whole menu item. Breakfast available and now pizza and food bowls. You have to stand in line to place your order and give them your first name and when your purchase is ready they will call name . You seat yourself at available tables or booths. It is a very popular eatery esp. at lunch time. Whatever you choose you can never go wrong here. There is a bakery there too and when you make enough purchases of any of their foods and use your Panera

I have been working with this location for the last 6 weeks placing an order every Tuesday for the bakers dozen. Great staff!!! Special s/o to Nathan! He has been amazing! He is always so patient and kind when taking my order. Seriously an angel on earth! Thank you so much Nathan, not just for your hard work but for your outstanding customer service!

I go here a few times a month and my order has never been wrong.
Today I had an especially good experience. I ordered my food to eat inside. They were decently busy and my order kind of got lost in the shuffle. I handed my receipt to the counter and politely asked them for an order status. Not only did they seem genuinely sorry and apologize multiple times. One of their employees refunding the full amount of my receipt!! Obviously the take customer service seriously which I appreciate. If you have ever worked in a restaurant before, you know it's impossible to have a flawless operation. It didn't kill me to wait a few extra minutes but the fact that they refunded my receipt shows they really cared.
I will be back and I do recommend this location!

I work nearby and this Store has always been perfect for grabbing a quick lunch. The drive-thru was slammed today with cars, but they got us all through so quickly that it was amazing! Highly recommend! And the girl at the drive-thru window was lovely too :)

Took a little longer than it should have for a sliced bagel, but it was delicious when I finally got it.

I just had the best breakfast sandwich I have ever eaten. My first Panera breakfast but certainly won’t be my last. That cinnamon crunch latte is stupid good!!!

Same good service and great selection I’ve found at every other Panera. I visited this location for the first time last month one evening with my little boy, father and grandfather. It was easy for everyone to find something they liked. My little boy was very excited for a fruit cup. I opted for a you pick two - half Cobb salad and half turkey bacon sandwich without bread and an apple for my side. Frankly, the salad was so huge I just ate that and took the rest home.

There was no line to order and we easily found a table of our choice due to the fact that this place was practically empty. Our food didn’t take long to come out, but we had enough time to get settled at our table and get a high chair for the little one.

Be sure to join the rewards program so you can get points for your purchases. Also, you’ll be emailed coupons every so often.

I was very impressed with how polite and caring the entire staff was. This is not the first visit to this location. I had actually tried going frequently when I lived in the general area but I rarely had a good experience.
This location, from this and several other more recent visits, has improved greatly. Everyone was nice and helpful. The dining area and countertops were clean. The coffee and food was delicious. 👍👍

The worker Logan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Would definitely recommend coming in!
