The staff was so friendly and quick! I went though the drive through during a busy time of day and it was very quick, and the food came out hot.

I received my full order during a dinner rush ! My food was still hot once I got home and everything was delicious and complete ! The workers at the windows are always friendly and they make sure I get my full order . I love this location .

Gave me too much free food when I was in need. God Bless you!

Amazing Double Cheese burger

This is our favorite McDonald's in the Colorado springs area. The restaurant is always clean and the employees always friendly. We occasionally Doordash in this area and this is a restaurant you can get in and out of quickly.
Side note.. McDonald's, why do you mop your floors with a product that makes them so slippery??? All McDonald's seem the same. Customer's slipping and sliding. 😟🧐

Everything was OK. A little loud in the back room but ok

Always takes more than 5 or 10 minutes before I get my food curbside pick-up. Last time a got my food server was holding my bag of food with his chin. I SUGGEST you guys serve or carry your food with a tray PRETTY PLEASE 🙏🏽 considering we still have COVID-19 cases... even the car next to me her drinks was being carried with body contact and server's chin was holding the top of the cup 🥤 🙄 😒

Best McDonald's I've been to in a long time. order was correct, fresh, and served quickly. All the more impressive considering it was the lunch rush.

This location is my favorite by far now. The staff has always been helpful and polite. The food has been fresh and consistent every time have been for the last year. Keep up the great work!

I love this location. My wife brings our kids almost every weeknd and always comments on how polite the staff is. The food is always correct and fast. Even if it takes longer than a minute a obviously well trained employee is apologetic and gives a time limit on how long the food might take yet never been longer than two minutes. I think whoever is managing this McDonald's should be sent to other restaurants so all of them would operate like this one and my wife wouldn't have to drive to fountains play land.

I just at left the drive thru. It was so busy. The lady who took my order was prompt and Courteous! The person who took my money was polite and the person who gave me my food was fast courteous! It was a really great experience on a busy night! They are rock star employees at this McDonald’s!!!’ 💕

This was a busy McDonald's the day of our visit. The staff was great, food was hot and served quickly.

They helped fix the problem with our drink. We ordered large and we received a medium. They fixed it really quickly

I've never been more pleased with a mcdonald's in my life! Tonight the staff went above any beyond! I highly recommend this mcdonald's over any in town! The food was fresh and correct! They even got my complicated custom order correct!

I have never given a 5 star review for a McDonald’s, before. I haven’t even pulled out of the parking lot. I pulled over, just to write this review. This is our local McD’s so I come here once or twice a month. Every time, I am treated with respect, patience, and courtesy. I have a family of 5, so our order is generally large and complicated. Always smiling, friendly faces. Thank you! Always a pleasure!

Alana and dana were so nice and kind and make my experience wonderful every time i go in. Alana has been there for years and is always the kindest friendliest manager :)

Fast food is fast food. There really is not much interaction with the employees for drive through and dine in. I can say that I have not had to return an order because it was wrong. For that and that alone, five stars.
