Ruby's Inn Cowboy's Buffet & Steak Room

Nice place for taking a meal. Food is delicious. I took buffet and few delicious pieces of different cakes. They were absolutely awesome. A clean place with beautiful view and friendly staff. We appreciated David, he was attending, fast and nice.

We tried their cowboy buffet and wasn’t disappointed. It’s all you can eat. So go crazy 🤪 there’s a lot of food, and something for everyone.

Stayed at Ruby's for 2 nights. We had the breakfast buffet each morning. Eggs, potatoes, sausage & gravy, oatmeal, fruit, bagels. One morning they had bacon & pancakes the other morning was sausage & French toast.

Love the cowboy theme and that the Inn has been family owned for 100 years! The history of the Inn is really cool definitely worth reading about.

Breakfast buffet was TWELVE DOLLARS per Adult 🤩 coffee included and the food was delicious! Bacon, eggs, salsa, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, fresh fruit and cottage cheese, hardboiled eggs and oatmeal!! Everything was sooooo good! Definitely stopping here every time we pass through!

They serve buffet from 6:30-10(:15?) Then breakfast is more expensive and served by the plate rather than buffet style

The buffet is very delicious! I love the soup, salad bar, hot food and they even have tasty ice cream.

I ordered a steak and a coke. Delicious and enjoyable lunch there. The restaurant has salad buffet section which I liked. Vege and protein was perfect combo for me!
And I felt here's kid-friendly. I admired how servers kindly treat kids by providing some kid menu papers and pencil that help kids spend their time with joy.
I wish to come back and stay in this historic inn!

My wife and I had a wonderful dinner. We had the local trout (from nearby Idaho). This included potato and asparagus, and our server was very accommodating to double up on the veggies and forgo the potato.

This also included one trip visit to the salad bar.

Quality of everything was great. Portion size of the trout was very ample. Prices were most reasonable.

I don't understand the low rating received by others. I'd return as the buffet looks amazing and is also reasonably priced.

Had a wonderful dinner with family and one stop shopping place. Family owned restaurant in front of Bryce canyon park entrance. You can buy Utah unique souvenir and grocery and camping products as well.

I decided to make time for breakfast and it was fabulous! Food was warm and nice for a breakfast buffet. The hot chocolate was amazing! They used real whip cream not the cool whip.stuff you get from the store. Definitely will be back!

Great food & service. Very Juicy chicken, steak and salmon. We stays at Antlope Lodge in the back. Room is clean and warm.

Our server Eddie was wonderful, attentive friendly and genuinely interested in what was best for us!

Salad selections were delicious and the entrees were good too. German chocolate cake and ice cream for dessert hit the spot.

It's not high cuisine obviously, but for a buffet for $26 it was all you could ask!

We went to Ruby's for dinner and enjoyed a perfectly cooked and seasoned rib steak. The salad bar was well stocked with all the fixings and they also offered a wide variety of food on their buffet. Afterwards we strolled through their store which contains some beautiful Native American artwork and lots of other tasteful memorabilia. They also had a grocery section and camping supplies. You should definitely stop here while in Bryce Canyon.

After reading some of the reviews we were hesitant, but decided to come to our own conclusions. So happy we did! Our server, Javier, was very friendly and helpful - always on top of things and checking on us. The ribs fell off the bone and my husband said they were some of the best, meatiest ribs he's ever had. I got the soup and salad bar and fell a little too in love with the cornbread. 😋 We had a great dinner and wouldn't hesitate to return.

There was 5 of us that ate and all satisfied! Huge portions. 3 ordered entrees and food was delicious and hot. The veggie chicken sliders were a hit with the vegetarian. Buffet was great with pot roast, meatloaf, salmon, pork chops and chicken, along with a bunch of sides. Service was great and restaurant was clean. The place was packed but wait time was only 15 minutes.

I enjoyed my hot hamburger sandwich very much, it was tasty and I piled my bowl high for my one trip side salad. The entire buffet looks pretty good. Needed more variety in the soups - just tomato basil and creamy baked potato. More than adequate food, smiling service and perfectly cheesy atmosphere make this five stars.

We had the buffet after touring Bryce Canyon. We were there around 3pm and the lunch buffet ran until 5pm. Excellent selection of food, very fresh and hot. Great salad bar. They even had dessert and ice cream. About $18/adult. They have kids prices too. Would definitely go again.

Holy cow it’s good! Just passing through and stopped on a whim. Most things tasted fresh and homemade. I didn’t have one thing I didn’t like from the buffet. Plenty to choose from at a decent price for the National park area. My favorite were the bone in roasted chicken cuts!

The food and service is excellent here. I'm a big fan of the breakfast buffet with hot chocolate and I love the wings at other times of the day. I have been coming here for 5 years and it never disappoints when I'm down in Bryce Canyon
