Hey it's the Starbucks lol I've only ever had friendly baristas here and they've never screwed up any of my orders which is saying something considering my personal track record LOL

Very busy but emp keep the good pace! Either you shop inside or drive-thru it's busy! But they are very accurate and fast

Wonderful service and the staff is awesome 😊 very helpful and nice . Wasn't sure what to order and the server was very patient and helpful with my son's. Cookie mocha frappe. Cake pops are a must

This place is always the best at making my drink, I get the Carmel ribbon crunch frappe and its is amazing when I get it here.

Some of the sweetest people working there. Made us smile and feel special even though they have so many customers. Highly recommend.

Fast service. Had to repeat my order a few times so not sure if the equipment is working properly (either outside mic or headset issue)? The skinny vanilla latte and egg bites that I ordered were great. My go to location for professional experience and consistent taste!

Very friendly staff. I use the order ahead app and they seem to be out of what I ordered a lot when o get there to pick up my items. But they are nice and offer suggestions for replacements, even gave me a free drink a couple times.

I just went through the drive thru and James chatted me up while I was waiting for my bagel bites. He was upbeat and happy. It totally made my morning.

Fact and friendly service. There have been a few times where my order has been wrong, but it’s been fixed without issue.

Love my Starbucks people! Sometimes it gets frustrating when new people are training but if you have a little patience with them its all good! And anytime there is an issue they remedy it fairly quickly so it all works out

My wife loves it...she can't get enough of it. I like the protein packs when in stock...but my wife can't stop talking about it😒

Girls night out for me and my young daughter. The staff was very friendly and sweet to us! The coffee and apple juice were delicious, and our cinnamon buns were warm and tasty!

Slow service due to a power outrage but my drink was correct, the service was great and with a smile. This store is better then all that I visited in FL and in this area. They are doing something great here!

Fast and friendly service. This place isn't as busy as other locations, so getting in and out is easier. Employees are always friendly too. My daughter loves coming here with friends (and then posting that they are here lol). This Starbucks is conveniently located right by the Walmart and other stores at the Massillon Marketplace shopping center.

Service and drinks are great!! WiFi just doesn’t connect, so don’t go here with plans of doing any work on a laptop.

Its coffee and way to much happyness, and its expensive, but the coffee is so good. But why cant i just order a small, medium or large, why do i gotta learn new things to know how to order, im coming in to get a coffee because I aint, got my coffee yet, i aint awake yet and you expect me to know what a venty frap is, sounds like a type of fart sound, onomatopoeia style. So why cant i just order a large coffee?
