D's Smokehouse Bar and Grill

Food is incredible and service is great as well! Alec our sever was friendly and attentive. The food was so so delicious! I had the brisket with Brussels and the homemade chips. Best Brussels sprouts I have ever had and delicious tender brisket. My husband had the 3 pigs and claimed it to be the best sandwich he has ever had in his life. 12/10 would recommend!!!

Went to D's for an early supper today, a coworker went there for their anniversary and said they had great food. I'm always looking for good BBQ, which is not easy to find in Minnesota. Let's just say D's hit a bases loaded home run. Started with the porky belly burnt ends, then my wife and I split our entree's, she had the smoked ribeye and I had the beef ribs the portions were so big that we've both got leftovers for two lunches at work this week, the entree's came with potatoes, we both got the mashed, they were great, but better yet they came with smoked Brussels sprouts with a vinaigrette drizzled on them and they were hands down the best Brussels sprouts I have ever had. The outside was just starting to crisp up with a slightly smokey flavor and the vinaigrette set it off perfectly. But we had also seen the dessert menu so we saved our mains for lunches and ordered the creme brulee and the canollis. The creme brulee was the best, typically you get a dessert that has a thick layer of rock hard sugar, Not Here, it was a perfectly smooth pudding creme with a soft toasted caramelized topping that was perfect.
It was an hour and fifteen minutes one way drive and I can't wait to go again. Ps. We also brought home other desserts for tomorrow, can't wait.

Last minute stop with a few families for dinner. They made room for all of us and kids. Server did an excellent job handling a large order and even splitting entres for a couple kids, no extra cost. Food was up quickly and everyone ate everything. Not "fine dining", but a good option relative to the location and family friendly. The patio wasn't open but looked like a great stop for a motorcycle trip.

Second time we’ve been in there for dinner. Hubby got the ribeye and it was the best steak he’s ever had at a restaurant. I got the d’s burger this time and wow, that was delicious!
Both were cooked to perfection.
Service was excellent. Can’t wait to go back and try the pork chop!

Mother's Day Bunch. We didn't know it was reservation only and they were full, but they found us a seat anyway! Thank you! The atmosphere was clean, inviting, primarily families and the staff were smiley and friendly! The buffet spread was amazing with everything you could ever want and several meat options! My favorite was the brisket, best I've ever tasted! We choose chocolate covered bananas and strawberries to complete our meal, yum! Thank you for making this a memorable Mother's Day experience and the flower!

This was my first time here and I’m glad I found this place. Me and a couple buddies stopped in here for dinner and we all raved about the BBQ. Me and a buddy got the brisket and my other buddy got a half rack of ribs. The brisket was probably the best brisket I’ve ever had!
The place was very full but it didn’t stop them from providing us great service. Our waiter was great.
I already have plans to go back!

A great stop on the way home from up North. My brisket was probably the best I've eaten at a restaurant. Didn't taste reheated like many others do. Sides were great as well. Wings were average size and their dry rub was good. Only problem was my daughter ordered a burger (and ate the whole thing!) but liked the taste of my brisket so much she ate 1/4 of that too. I hope to be back soon.

This is truly an all around good restaurant, and I can say that because I've been there several times with my wife and others... All good times, great service, even when something was off par once, they gave it to us free and apologized. The smoked meats are phenomenal... especially the three little pigs sandwich, epic! Definitely go here! 🥂😊

The place was amazingly well equipped to help the high volume of patrons that were there when we got there.

The two of us were seated right away. I had the BBQ Mac and my wife had the ribs. The portions were at the high end, could easily share a meal, or bring home leftovers. We also had the wings for appetizers, they are Minnesota spicy, so don't worry if you are not a fan of the bite.

Price was a bit high, but given the quality and the service, was totally worth it IMO.

The food was excellent, great service. We ate outside and the patio was fine, but definitely had a cool vibe inside. I got the brisket grilled cheese and definitely need to go back and get it again.

Fries were very tasty, seasoned well. Soft with a good crunch.

Wow this was a fun surprise! Wasn't sure what to expect, so came here with an open mind. The food was FANTASTIC. We ordered a couple of beers, spicy cheese curds and then dinner. We were too full for dessert so we'll have to come back for that. The prices seemed higher than some places around here... Worth It. The portions were huge and the food was so good. Definitely coming back! Staff was friendly and helpful when asking questions about the menu. Support this restaurant!

"Eat the grilled cheese", they said. "It's divine", they said. And they were right. With a healthy portion of shredded Rib meat, on a perfectly toasted Texas toast it exceeded expectations on every level. Between that, and the glazed, pork belly, it was out of the park. Great space, fast and friendly service. We'll definitely be back.

First time eating here on Saturday. EXCELLENT service, great food, and such a vibe. Everybody seemed happy to be working and very attentive. Fully staffed with food runners and table bussers. We didn’t have an empty drink or dirty plate our table the whole experience. I inquired about a drink being gluten free, our server said I’m not sure but I am going to find out for you. Shortly after the owner came over to our table to assure me it was gluten free, and even brought the bottle over. Our beans came out cold, and the server had the kitchen bring us out new beans immediately. All around such a great place!!! Plus, a one man band.. FUN!

Delicious food, great service, and great seating. You can sit inside or on the patio. The food is always top-notch and worth the price. Tonight, I had the BBQ Mac n cheese. Delicious! The server was friendly and helpful. Will be back again!

Amazing service! Our waitress Janae was amazing 👏 😍!!! We will be back for sure! Definitely try the Brussel sprouts and the brisket grilled cheese! My fiance had the Sunday prime rib special and it was delicious 😋.

Today was our 1st time at D's and it was amazing. Definitely worth the 45 minute drive. We are planning our next visit, probably next weekend. The half smoked chicken was dynamite. The pork chop did not disappoint. The sides are big enough to share, so get different sides and share. Definitely getting the ribs next time!

My oldest daughter and I stopped in here for dinner the other night and all I can say is WOW! We had a good time comparing how well everything was prepared and how it tasted to an overwhelmingly disappointing experience the week prior. I left a review for that one.. Feel free to see the comparison! We got the burnt brisket ends as an appetizer and they were the prefect texture; firm and soft simultaneously, with amazing flavor and even the tortilla strips they were served on were hot and and crispy. My daughter got a smoked chicken salad that popped with color when our server set it down. My daughter raved about how perfect the chicken was cooked and about the perfect dressing for the salad. The advertisement met the standard! I had a bacon and brisket grilled cheese sandwich that came with the house made potato chips. After my first bite, Regan asked how it was and my response was "I think this is the best sandwich I have ever had" It was served on a toasted sourdough that stood up to the sandwich without out getting soggy while remaining soft enough to eat without raking the roof of my mouth. The flavors of the cheese and brisket melted together perfectly with the seasoned mayo. I managed to finish 1/2 of the sandwich and the side of the aforementioned house-made chips before I was at maximum density. I was very happy to see that this spot was nearly full on a Thursday night as there have been several prior attempts at making that location a viable option for dining over the year. We will definitely be back.

We went for Easter Brunch, it was nice to see a lot of people. We like D's Smokehouse and want them to do well. Everything we tried for the Brunch was very good. Probably will be our new Brunch spit for Father's day and other occasions

Such an amazing BBQ place!!! Can't wait to go back again and again!!!loaded Mac and cheese, rib dinner with crispy brussel sprouts and potatoes . We also got a creamy raspberry drink that was dangerously good 💕.

Absolute phenomenal dining experience. The chef's take THE UTMOST pride in their food with innovation and high quality BBQ. It seems like all the staff fricken love their job because they're so attentive, and hard working. I honestly just have nothing but nice things to say about D's BBQ and wish them all the success they deserve! Ownership & Management A+++++
