I can't say enough good things about the people who work at the Zimmerman P.O. location.
They were always helpful and friendly, even during the most stressful times and situations.

I constantly order vinyl records and CD'S online, and those wonderful ladies there have always taken the utmost care of me and my packages. They knew my needs right as I walked through the door!

We had a wonderful mail carrier as well. I wish I could remember her name and give her a shout-out. She was very kind to both my teenage son and I and always looked out for our precious packages, as we lived in an apartment building.

My son and I have just moved to Princeton, and I will truly miss everyone at that post office!

I had no idea the post office could have such challenges with carriers and delivery. I want to thank your office for calling me directly to speak about my concerns and helping how they can. Thank you for your patience this season (and with me).

Absolutely amazing service. Yes sometimes there is a wait when people are doing passports but it's nothing to complain about you can't help who's in front of you. Absolutely love the employees Julia or Jackie forgot what her name is but is a pleasant woman no matter what!!

30 years of great service! Friendly, accommodating, helpful, good people. Can tell when the regular carrier is out (not often at all) because the temp sub drives right on by. It's funny. I love Saturday service both delivery and open service counter. Thanks to all.

Dan the postmaster read into a case I filed regarding requested delivery help. He called me to address it, and actually followed up post delivery. Pleasantly surprised!

They are always friendly and smiling. I wouldn't change our normal driver for anything- he's fantastic! We've run into a couple delivery issues during winter season but it's only with new drivers or those filling in. Today they fixed a problem with a package I needed for a birthday party (the new driver said the house wasn't accessible which wasn't true. Once they were made aware of the problem and the ASAP need for my package, they did all they could to get me the package and the problem was solved). For those getting Sunday packages, Sunday packages comes out of the Elk River location, not the Zimmerman location.

Update
Things have gotten better. We still always seem to have someone new on our route but we have lucked out and gotten some great drivers. They always deliver our packages and that's at least 4 times a week. Things have gotten better over the years. And now when you call someone actually answers unlike a few years ago.

Always soon to have someone new on our route. And always seem to get mail for people who dont live here. I have gone in several times and filled out the form for who lives here and yet we still always get mail for other people. They also dont like to stop and wait for you when you are trying to run them a package even though they do see and hear you. Today i got just a few feet away before she took off acting like she didnt see me. When I tried calling no one answered and I called 5 times.

It is what it is. I haven't had any better or worse service than I have had with any other location.
