Sound Bites Grill, Sedona AZ

Dropped by for a drink on our way to Grand Canyon from Phoenix. We didn’t think we were hungry, but the recommendations and service from our server Buck were outstanding, and we soon found ourselves settled in with the lobster nachos and a couple of cocktails. Very grateful that they happily adjusted our meal for my gluten allergy. Cannot recommend the food, drinks and service highly enough. A affordable and enjoyable gem with a great view in Sedona. Thank you!

I could go here at least once a week if I lived in Sedona. But I definitely will visit again. Food and service was excellent and they had a live rock and roll band! Very good music too. Plus, the guitars and memorabilia displayed were very similar to Hard Rock! Really fun place to go.

We are a party of five that came in for dinner. They have live music every night that they are open. We were greeted with a smile by the hostess. We asked to be seated outside because it was colder inside. We took advantage of the lobster fest that is currently going on. I ordered the lobster nachos and a whole lobster that came with your choice of one side. At the end of our meal, we ordered the chef special dessert. It was coconut chocolate cream pie and a dessert on the menu, mango lime cheesecake. One thing about dining at Sound Bites is the spectacular view. Also, great service from Joe. He is very attentive and kept us informed when our order of food is arriving.

Nice views sitting out in their balcony seating. Food was good and good amount that we were able to share. Had their grilled chicken and their shrimp and clam chowder.

Great spot and within walking distance if you're staying at the Hyatt Vacation Club. You have to get tickets to be in the room with the live music, but totally worth it because it's important to support local artists. We loved the band performing the night we were there and thought the food was also quite good (it's basically bar food, but good). Nice service as well. Highly recommend.

A fantastic lunch at Sound Bites Grill in Sedona.
Our server was Ivette, and she was wonderful. We started with drinks. My wife had a bloody Mary, and I had a hot cocoa and a cranberry juice. The place is so cozy with a musical theme and they also offer live music. My wife had the chicken maui plate, and I had the Cobb salad. Both dishes were excellent. My wife also ordered the chicken wrap to go as the food is so tasty. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this fine establishment.

Nov. 2022Had a wonderful lunch today at Sound Bites. Brandon was our server and what a pleasure to have served us and a true professional. We began with a few tequilla drinks which were mixed perfectly and were so so good. Brandon too our order and my wife had the Santana Burger with veggies on the side and she just lived it. The meat is from Harris Ranch and quite tasty. I had the Voodoo Pasta with chicken and sausage and it was wonderful as well. The outside patio was amazing and the service superb. What a terrific place for great food, people and ambiance.

One word…. DELICIOUS! The food was incredible. The service was fast, friendly, and helpful. The atmosphere was breathtaking! I had the Fish and Chips with a small Caesar Salad. My wife had the Santana Burger. Everything was delicious and cooked perfect. Then we had dessert…. Crème Brûlée…. and Mango Lime Cheesecake. If you are in Uptown Sedona…. Check out the Sound Bites Grill. We highly recommend it. 😃😃

We had the best service and the best view! The food was delicious as well. Maybe a little pricey but you pay for the views and location. We got a couple drinks including a prickly pear mimosa! The best! If you are visiting Sedona, try out Prickly Pear! We got a burger on focaccia bread and a pasta with sausage! It all was super fresh and tasty! Would definitely come back!

LOVE this place! We visited for the first time and we can't wait to go back! We started with lobster and crab nachos and boy oh boy were they delicious 😋. My son got the Voodoo pasta which he really liked, my husband had the pork ribs with mango habanero sauce, which left him speechless, and I had the salmon with garlic mashed potatoes. Our drinks were the Berry Berry Sangria, and the prickly pear margarita which were both strong and good. Everything was great! The views and atmosphere were awesome too. It is a bit pricey, but worth it.

Extremely pleased here . Set up a little like a hard rock, cool items and memorabilia. We got here for lunch as soon as it opened to get a patio spot. There are a lot of them! Great view. Pricey, but good quality food here! We had a waitress and also had a busboy . Good service here! Our bill was $135 (tip was $28)for a deuce for lunch but the food speaks for itself. They add 21% gratuity but that was fine with us we usually tip 25% anyway on good service. Both the seafood and filet bites were excellent. Sides cost a lot extra $7 each, but generous portions .

Had dinner here with a family of five. Food was good, our server, who was also the full time bartender was great and the music was awesome! We were seated quickly, and the food came out very fast. We enjoyed great views of the canyon, too!! Great time!!

Beautiful view. There was a musician when we went. He was great. Not too loud. Friendly staff and very decent prices for that nice of a venue. Guitars hanging up all over the walle

My son and I really enjoyed the Thanksgiving Buffet! There were so many delicious options, fantastic mocktails, and lovely live music. The staff was so friendly and helpful.

Me and my boyfriend had such an amazing time here! I mean look at this view?! You can't go wrong! Also we went on a Saturday night and there was no wait time. The food was delicious I am vegan so they had a vegan menu just for vegans. I was very happy about that. For all those non vegan lovers lol my bf did enjoy his steak and garlic mashed potatoes! On Saturday nights they play live music. In between this incredible view and the live music in the background it made it extremely romantic! We stayed at the Hyatt right next door so we just walked right to the restaurant. So you dont have to worry about drinking and driving. I would recommend this restaurant for a romantic getaway or even a group setting inside to listen to live music.

Great food, definitely on the more expensive side. There is live music, and it was honestly the best part. Amazing service as well from the staff.

I got the 12 oz lobster. It was delectable!. My server was Sam. She was incredibly attentive and was even helping other staff. My hubby got the Cioppino and a side of clam chowder. The total bill with drinks was pretty pricey but absolutely worth the splurge! Great Birthday experience!!! All the servers talked to us. The manager seemed super chill too. Great music! Great experience!

If I could give Sound Bites 6 stars, I would! Finding a place in Sedona with music on New Year's Eve was not easy! Thankfully, Sound Bites came through. We bought tickets ahead and got a table for the entertainment. We were very pleasantly surprised by the very small venue! Our waiter was outstanding, as was service throughout the night. We ordered mixed drinks and a bottle of wine, the Prisoner!! Our favorite and at a really reasonable price. Our meal was also outstanding! Everything was perfectly prepared. I can't end this review without giving a shout out to the breathtaking view from the restaurant's patio. The canyons all around are absolutely gorgeous! And the music was wonderful! Thanks, Sound Bites, for a great New Year's Eve!

Food was great, the servers were kind and understanding when it came to accidentally giving us sweet potato fries versus the thin and crispy ones (which were, SO DELICIOUS!!!)

The live band that was there on Sept. 12,2020...let me tell you. They were absolutely amazing, and the audio was not too loud which was great since we sat right next to the speakers.

I will definitely come here in the future because the views, food, and music were part of an experience I haven't had in a while.
