This is a great store but what's more important are its amazing employees. We had the pleasure to work with Meghan and it was a great experience! Meghan was extremely patient with all our questions. She is very knowledgeable as she guided us nicely through the many options for choosing tiles, colors and the right materials for our project!! I highly recommend to speak to her before selecting tiles on your own.

I had an amazing experience working with Nicole. She is patient and understood exactly the direction I was going for in my son's bathroom renovation. She guided me on tile choices and I highly recommend working with her.

My wife and I worked with Meg in the Bellingham store. She greeted us very welcoming, courteous and professionally. Asked the right questions getting us to solutions swiftly accurately with no pressure. Very helpful and a talented designer. We been in the remodeling business for close to 50 years and Meg is certainly one of our best experiences ever.

We had the pleasure of working with Meghan this past January and February. Her knowledge, taste, and ability to listen and guide with ease are incredible. We were so fortunate to have connected with and leaned on her so much. With ease and confidence, she skillfully took all of the overwhelming decisions and broke them down into an easy, manageable, and even fun process.
It's clear that Meghan's knowledge and experience combined with her passion for what she does, where she works, and for her fellow teammates translates into a remarkable asset for Floor and Decor and ultimately, to customers.

This chain store is impressive. Very well run and knowledgeable staff.
FYI: appended my original review to note that this specific store is very well run. Went to a location in Shrewsbury [just opened] and they are having major growing pains. I'm sure they will work it out.

We are doing a large Renovation and we found tile we liked. An extremely friendly and knowledgeable association named Colton answered every question and was a wealth of knowledge. My wife and I left the store and said we wish we had employees like him . When we were ready to purchase the tile we thought it would be easier to run over to the Avon store as it is closer . Completely different scenario at that store . Nobody was around and we finally found someone, however they were no help at all.

We said let's just go back to Bellingham and see Colten. We drove to the Bellingham location and luckily he was there . We placed our order and picked it up the following week.

I dont know what management sees these reviews , but I hope you are taking care of Colton . If not I'd hire him in a second .

We went to Floor & Decor Bellingham just to look around. Met Gany, who is very knowledgeable about the products and not only answered all of our questions but showed us flooring options that hit all the marks we wanted for our project.

We hadn’t set a date to start the project yet but after working with Gany, we were sold on the flooring he showed us and went back the next day to purchase.

Gany is a great representative of Floor and Decor, very professional and a pleasure to work with.

I met with Designer, AJ, to discuss a kitchen backsplash. AJ’s knowledge and creativity was very reassuring. I’ve been wanting to update my style from strong traditional to slightly more contemporary and AJ gave me the confidence to do so by providing me with different tile options and style ideas. I definitely felt that I was being heard and my many questions were patiently and thoroughly answered.

Had an excellent experience at Floor and Decor in Bellingham MA with Design Supervisor AJ Edwards. If you are in need of a designer who is the FULL package, she is the one you want! I needed help with a messy renovation where I had to blend old and new and I found this woman to have more knowledge than those I spoke with in several top name tile stores.

I worked with Colten and Bill in the Bellingham location. They were excellent to work with! They answered all of my questions, were very patient, and made sure my ordered was 100% correct before finalizing it.

This store was our first stop when we needed to pick out tile for our hall bath remodel. We wandered around for over an hour, and were completely overwhelmed with the options. We decided to make an appointment to work with a designer, and it was the BEST decision we could have made. Meg was wonderful to work with. She listened to what we had in mind, and patiently helped us put together the three different tiles, vanity, and lighting. Working with her was a pleasure, and all of the pieces painlessly fell into place. Our project is now complete, and it's even better than we'd imagined. I can't recommend this store and Meg enough! Thank you!

Just wanted to give a shout out to Gany. My husband and I needed some help in the store, and he was our hero for the day! He found tile that we thought was discontinued and it really made our day. He has such a great personality and his willingness to help is something you don’t find every day. I know who to ask for next time I have a project “ like Danny but with a G(def not a z haha)”! Thanks again for helping us with the tile and the glitter grout Gany.

I’ve shopped for bathroom and basement renovation projects and have been very happy with their product selection, store layout, and price. I’ve always been greeted by the cashier upon entering and asked by an associate if I needed help. They also have a good return policy. This will be my go to store for home renovation projects. Very glad they came closer to us at this location.

Absolutely great customer service. I spent about 3 hours walking around trying to find the right tiles for our new bathroom renovation. Even though I didn’t have an appointment with the designer, she was able to fit me in without even having to ask. I would highly recommend it. Everything from beginning to end was very easy. Great selections of tiles.

People are very helpful. So much to choose to remodel my kitchen. But found what i was looking for. Great price.😄

Just had a great experience shopping for tile at Floor and Décor. The store is amazing because it has a large selection of tile, and the customer service is great. Charles was extremely helpful in picking out all the things I needed. The display for each tile is large so you can really see how the tile will look on the floor and the prices are by far the best I have seen. All tiles displayed are stocked so you pick out what you want and take it home. You can also return the tile that you did not use. Great place to shop for tile (also have wood flooring) and I highly recommend the store in Bellingham. It is nice to see a store get it all right.

Molly is amazing! Molly was so helpful and patient with me as someone who is new to the remodeling process. She spent a good amount of time walking me through designing 4 bathrooms, a fireplace and laundry room. She was knowledgeable, kind and very responsive by email to any questions or changes I had. I couldn't recommend her enough and will be looking forward to working with her in the future!

We worked with AJ to renovate our bathroom and absolutely love the results! We had looked at tile at a couple of locations prior to F&D, and were stuck. It really felt like "work". Meeting with AJ made the process easier. She heard us and translated our likes into beautiful wall and floor tile solutions. Very grateful for both AJ and the F&D team who helped at every stage from the manager to checkout. I would definitely work with the team again.

Manager Kiefer is an excellent asset to this company. He is a young professional that I have very high regards for. He is a professional that specializes in all departments of the store, he speaks to you with confidence with a cordial flow.

I came in here as a first-time home buyer and he educated me in ALL the materials and what he recommends. From tile materials to grouting, he has a vast knowledge of any product. I have high hopes for this young professional and I am sure that everyone around him is proud.

Thanks to Kiefer I now know what is needed for my house and what is highly recommended for long jeopardy. From tile sealers to sqft of material required for my entire house renovation. He has guided me through it all.
