These guys are always a pleasure to deal with. I go see Alex, anytime I need something The store has a wide variety of merchandise and when it comes to selling or getting a loan, he is super fair, and helpful.

Always have a great experience at Genes. The only pawn shop in the area that not only very helpful but also has very kind people who will give you the best deal especially when you need it! Highly recommend.

I first came into Gene's Pawn off Rivers Avenue about a year ago. It was closing time on a Friday and Rhonda took great care of me. So naturally when I was finding myself in need after Christmas this year, I went back. This time Lacey helped me. She was an awesome employee who took the time to explain my options and outcomes. Lacey truly treated me like family. I will definitely be returning.

I have got to tell you that this is one of my favorite pawn shops in Charleston. The folks their personalize each customer giving them their 100% attention. There is a very nice and friendly associate there by the name of Rhonda. She is always smiling every time I go in their. She is not only very cordial and respectful but she is also Super helpful. One of the nicest people you’d ever want to meet! Go three and see her, she’ll take good care of you. She always makes my visit a pleasant one! Truly a Star in Awesome Customer Service!!!
