Seems like a nice guy, but I didn't get to see what tyoe of work he does. Once I told him I wanted to have him do the job, I asked him if he needed a deposit and he said no, stating it would be 4-6 weeks til he could start. I didn't want to harass him because I knew the weather wasn't the best, but over three months later and not hearing a word, I had the main contractor call him to see what the hold up was. I was told to expect his call in the next few days. A week later, nothing....I called the main contractor again, and then when he did finally call me, I was told another month! And the original estimate didn't include everything we talked about. I specifically asked him to get me a price on block work included so I would know a total price, but he didn't do it. I understand sometimes there is miscommunication, but he couldn't even call me to say he was behind or whatever was going on.
