Everyone knows that there's expensive fancy drinks at Starbucks. That's what they're known for.

What you don't know is regular coffee isn't as expensive. I recommend getting a pour-over, as it's a secret that you can ALWAYS request a pour-over for hot coffee at no additional charge.

I find myself here quite often, bringing a hot cup home with me.

Everytime I go to Starbucks my experience is always a positive one and I love the atmosphere and the drinks are always well made. I don't go anywhere else but there to get my coffee d rinks

I've gone to this particular starbucks on a regular basis for the past 2 years. Today was the first day that my coffee was wrong. Tasted burnt and wasn't drinkable. Thankfully I hadn't went home yet so I brought it back. I asked the staff to remake it and without hesitation they were more than happy to. Thank you so much to the staff here. Absolutely amazing!!

There were lots of people at this place with a big ol line and tons of people inside. They were however quick and vocal about who’s drinks were being made. This gave me a secure feeling and I felt like the wait was justified. The drinks were also on point. Would come here again.

Polite and courteous staff. Order was pretty quick and I didn't have a long wait time.

In these crazy, unprecedented Covid times we're in, walking into Starbucks this morning was a breath of fresh air. While waiting for my order, all of the Baristas were super cheerful, and joking around with us and the rest of customers. Once I got home, I noticed the "message" on my cup where they normally write your name, I just about peed my pants. Aside from the caffeine, it really lifted my spirits. Thank you to all the Starbucks employees at the Ventura and Channel Islands location. Blessings to all.

This is the only store that have a excellent service and they make my order differently from any other Starbucks stores..they make my iced mocha cookie crumble really taste good other than any other store!! Huge difference they need to check the other stores why are they making it so poorly..😑

Great location from La Fitness with enough space to come in with your gf, friends or just to chill after working out next to LA Fitness. Nice staff as well with jazz music playing in background. Love love this location.

Be patient, it takes a while to get a great cold drink…

First time at this location, I love going to different Starbucks to look at the inside, restrooms, quality of food & drinks, as well as friendliness of associates. I must say this particular Starbucks was AMAZING especially the employees!!!

The baristas are the best here! Food is always fresh!

Me and my family got 2 ice blended mochas and a keywie and lemonade this past weekend to go, we love to go on the weekends.

This place was super busy when I went there today as so many other starbucks closed for some reasons but the staff was rushing through orders and were very good handling the rush created at this location!

Customer service was great however the line was too long they should definitely open up a second lane for busy Saturdays

Helpful staff, correct order, and the drive through line is the same wait as any other location I've been to.
