I can’t brag on this staff enough! The receptionist is always smiling happy and helpful. Sandra is excellent at checkout and ensuring I get the right fit of glasses 👓 I want! This Dr has patience with the kiddos! Thankful for a pleasant experience for their first eye visit and happy they don’t have to have glasses for now !

Always fun, great group of people. Dr. Smith and the entire staff here are amazing. Feels like a family reunion when I go in. Brandy immediately greets you with a smile and makes you feel welcome immediately giving you a wonderful experience. Dr. Smith takes his time, answers questions and has a wonderful personality. Sandra wouldn't let me leave until I was 100% satisfied with the frames I picked even if it meant bringing me every single pair available to try on. Wonderful people and always a wonderful experience.

I really enjoy my visits at Pathway eye clinic. The ladies are super nice and know exactly what their jobs are.the receptionist Brandy always greets you with a smile. Last but not least is Dr.Smith, who always listens to your concerns and does a great job…I would recommend Pathway with 5 stars!!!!

Ladies working in the Rogersville office are very professional and helpful. It is refreshing to go into an office where the employees smile and appear to like their jobs. The eye exam was through and professional as well. I would recommend this office for all ages.

Having only gotten new glasses one time in 6 years, I was super impressed with the kindness, professionalism and assistance that I received at Pathway. The employees are very courteous and respectful. This will be my go-to place for glasses for sure! Thanks Pathway Eye Center! Y'all are fantastic!

My children and I always have a positive experience at Pathway Eye Rogersville. Today we dealt with a woman Doctor and she was great usually we have seen a man Doctor there and he's great too. We don't mind appointments with either of them. The other staff are all kind and helpful we like all of them. Would recommend.

The folks in their treated me like we had been friends for years not like it was our first time to meet. They were super friendly and very knowledgeable. Dr. Mowrer was exceptional. She was very friendly carrying on a conversation while perfecting the eye exam asking questions as she went through the process. I will bring my family here.

Love Pathway Eye Rogersville! They were so kind and interacted with my 3 year old to help get good measurements ❤ The eye dr. Read him a book while his eyes were dilating which was so sweet! Gave him some treasure from their treasure box after which he loved! They helped him pick the perfect glasses! Just a great experience all around! So thankful for them!❤

Just moved and re established a new optometrist. Well this was the Best choice ever! Everyone is genuinely sweet, helpful, warm and kind. I love this office!

I have infinite faith in Dr Smith.The staff is total perfection! I want to give a shout out to Brandy. She is the receptionist and is the focal point in the entire office. She's warm and treats you like family. She's quick with a smile and gives hugs freely. She's an awesome person and Pathway Eye in Rogersville is lucky to have her and I would be proud to have her as my friend!! All of people at this location totally rocks!
