Always fresh and exactly what you would expect for a Taco Bell. Service is always friendly and nice. Restrooms have always been clean and fully stocked with soap, towels, and tissue every time I've visited.

The lady running the window was extremely professional and polite. I got 5 chicken and 5 beef and she even put them separately so I wouldn’t have to open them all myself! I didn’t even ask!! Thank you so much i hope this message finds you .

I just want to take the time to brag on one of your employees. My husband and I went through the drive through today. Your employee was so nice & courteous. It's so rare to have someone like her to take your order. Ashley is so patient & kind. You have a gem working for you. She makes people want to come back. We have had a bad experience recently at other restaurants. You should treasure this one. She's definitely great for your business.💯🙂

First taco bell I’ve ever went too that securely wrapped my food and didn’t let everything just spill in the bag. Also food was great and tasted fresh!!

We come here every Friday. They always get our food right and it always taste amazing. The Bajajajaja Blast was a little off today but still amazing service. Will be coming back again.

Ok. When I did my original review, below, two months ago, I gave them one star. The food was horrible, HOWEVER, we believe in giving folks a second chance, so we've been back to the Rogersville Taco Bell several times since then. The food and the service have been excellent. They were obviously having a bad time when we were there a couple months ago, and they have now fixed the problems they were having then. Also, one of the ladies that works the drive-through window, Jasmen S., is terrific, giving excellent service, cheerful and in a good mood. I'm glad we have that Taco Bell in our little community. It gives us a good choice of fast food different from what is typical from hamburger restaurants.

The un-sweet tea was pale yellow (to the point we were somewhat afraid to taste it) but there was no smell and it tasted like water. The beef soft tacos were tainted with some kind of detergent or cleaning product. The chicken burrito supreme had only 3 small fragments of chicken in it, and they were dry and hard as a rock, and there was some kind of unidentifiable glop in it that looked like it was scraped up out of the garbage. Out of a $19.32 order, the only thing edible was the Diet Pepsi. All the rest went into the garbage, from whence it had probably come. Wife and I ended up with upset stomachs from a couple of bites each of us took from a taco.

Service was good but a little slower because of high traffic at the drive thru. Employees were very well trained and pleasant

Dine in was temporarily closed due to lack of staff. However, the drive thru was open. Service was quick and kind, and the food was excellent and fresh! Great job everyone!

Swapping the beef for Chicken on the Taco is a game-changer!

So excited to share our experience with the New Taco Bell in Rogersville AL.
We did the drive thru and the customer service was awesome. We didn't wait in line long even though this place was extremely busy. We ordered the new Nacho Party Pack which was absolutely Stellar, also we ordered the 5 layer beef burrito, chicken burrito, and Crunch Wrap Supreme. There was plenty of condiments we didn't even have to ask for. We plan on visiting again.

No dine in yet but that is okay. Drive thru and parked in their lot to eat. Hot and delish as always!! No photos, sorry. Ate it ALL before this review.

The manager was so delightful. I watched him handle an irate customer, obviously trying to scam him. He was brilliant.
