I absolutely love going to this starbucks! The environment is super welcoming, and all the workers are so friendly!! Sometimes it might take a little longer to get your food and drinks out, but they are always apologetic and do the best they can to deliver you the best food and drinks❤

This Starbucks hands down has some of the sweetest employees ever. I didn't catch what the girls name was at the drive thru was, but she was extremely kind. This is why I will always choose Starbucks.

This is my favorite starbucks in abbotsford, The staff at this location are always on the go to provide great service and quality drinks. I come here almost everyday, (so much that they know my jeep and my drink order lol) at different times of the day and no matter what time it is they provide great customer service and always brighten my day !

Abbie at the window was so sweet, I was going through the drive thru and asked about a cup and she went above and beyond to find the exact cup I was after! It was a last minute request but she was so accommodating and so thoughtful!

Today must really be my day. I've had two five-star review drinks and absolutely feel satisfied and like I got full value. I watched as a barista actually shook a berry juice beverage and Spilled it all over herself and did not miss a beat. She did not get frazzled she did not get angry she did not get anything except sticky and uncomfortable but she still had a smile on her face and served me with professionalism and had absolutely blows my mind. I tipped her 10 bucks because no one should have to go through that but she did and she handled it like a champ. While waiting in the lineup I had the opportunity of perusing the menu at Starbucks over by Costco and was pleased to find a chocolate mint beverage that was cold and tasty. And I was not disappointed. I was able to sit in a very comfortable and musically inclined environment that was air conditioned and absolutely awesome. I was very pleased with the drink and I would recommend it to everyone and anyone.

I was received warmly on a first name basis. The staff remembered our usual order and were ready and organized if we repeated it (which we did). The quality of the drinks met the usual high standard and the treats were excellent as always. The staff had a bag and a tray ready and a friendly send off. A very enjoyable experience!

Came in today and was waiting around for my mobile order, when the lady politely asked me what I was waiting for, when she informed me they had no mobile orders in process she instantly went to work and solved my problem for me ( I stupidly ordered from another location) whipped me up a drink instantly! Can't remember her name but what a gem. Made my morning!!!

Great location, staff were wonderful and inviting.

We came at a busy time of day, but our drinks were prepared quickly, and we were able to enjoy them.

The store front and washrooms were clean, and tidy.

Marissa is particularly good, friendly, and efficient. This location gives you the Starbucks brand vibe you know and love, but the staff improve on that by being approachable, professional, and efficient. The management here has done a good job of finding talent.

Love this location. Staff is always happy and helpful despite being slammed by drive thru all day long. Always feel taken care of whether in drive thru or in house ordering.

This is a great Starbucks location, one of my favourites. I don’t get to come here as often as I’d like as it is out of my way, but I try to once or twice a week. The staff are very polite and they try to chat with you at the drive thru window and ask you how your day is- if you are a chipper person you’ll enjoy this. Drinks are made in relative good time. Drinks are always spot on so I don’t even care if it takes an extra minute or two! Highly recommend visiting this location for a well made hot or cold caffeine beverage.

We drove through from Hope, on Mother's Day, as my daughter wanted to treat me to a special drink. It was crazy busy, it was a very hot day, long line up in drive through, but so worth the wait! Very friendly staff, quick with the order, and so professional, considering the extreme heat and pressure all the staff were under. I highly recommend this Starbucks and we will definitely be back!! Drinks were so awesome!!

Our go to store since our regular Starbucks was shut down on Eagle Landing. The staff at the window are always friendly to us and our large orders each time 6+ drinks each visit. They even give a hello to our little dog on my lap. In store visits have always been good as well as the few times I have ordered online.

By far the best Starbucks to go to !!all of the staff here are amazing !! Cassidy Especially who should be named employee of the year !Is truly the best !She recognizes her customers voices through the intercom Daily . She takes the time to remember customers names and orders !! She is always so very kind cheerful And provides the most exceptional service .

Friendly staff here, great quiet atmosphere. Everyone is accurate and speedy, and the drive thru is a bonus for those days you have to be on the go. I'm in on a regular basis and it really makes a person feel special when they are greeted by name.

I have always gone out of my way to use this Starbucks. The staff is absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable and kind. They really go the extra mile here. Today my experience was just as great as any other visit. Courtney was very kind and helpful and I strongly recommend this location!!

A little off the beaten path but it's on the way to Costco and the US/Canada border. Not a large amount of seating inside but decor is warm. Easily navigated drive-thru but if you've never been before, it might take a few seconds to find the entrance. I have never had anything other than superior service and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I've never been disappointed by my experience at this Starbucks location.
