If you are going into Staples to purchase something substantial tech wise. Save yourself time and ask for Shayne. I went in to buy a home printer and Shayne was awesome. Knowledge, kind, and had time to explain and give honest opinions about what printer would best suit my needs. I settled on a brother laser jet colour printer/scanner. He even gave me the option of an open box that would save me 10%. Shayne was thorough and a great associate to worth with.

I got printing done today at Staples in Abbotsford and had amazing service from the most wonderful girl her name is Riccha. Kind, patient, and extremely helpful. Thank you Riccha.

Rahah was amazing. Despite closing at 6, she helped me with copies for my classes. The same cannot be said fur the Mission store.

If you go in the morning, they ask you if you need help with anything, like 20 times. I was the only one in the store. I really just had to go to the grocery store next door, but wanted to see some leftover black Friday deals. Man, they sure follow you around when you're the only one in the store. I'm surprised they didn't wanna pat me down when I was leaving. But, I digress. They're just doing their job and I didn't buy anything. Watch me all you want. I AINT NO THEIF. Maybe this post could deter theify scumbags... cause their watching you... oh they're watching you everywhere.

Had a great experience shopping here today. The Manager Drew opened a till to help us immediately and had Britney finish our order. Both were professional and courteous. Wished the Staples close to where we live was this friendly. Great job staff and management!

I was thrilled that there was no lineup, I was able to approach the counter and be directed on how to get my documents from my phone into their hands in order to print them off. I was elated to find out that the usual 24-hour period was able to be whittled down to an hour. With a smile and a grin I was very pleased that she was able to do it actually in 15 minutes and for only a $3 processing fee. Compared to any other printer in Abbotsford Staples is the place to go if you need something done properly, efficiently, professionally, and with the Aesthetics of something that stands out. My 80 lb covered gloss menus will make quite the impact, and I'm very pleased. And I only had to pay just under $25

The 5 stars are purely for one superstar of a staff staples has in the print section by the name Ms Harman. Very well experienced, patiently understood my complex requirements and helped me out with it within minutes. She went out of her way to help cater to our needs and had a smiling face through out. Not once did she show impatience in resolving my issue. I came out of the store a happy and satisfied customer. Big kudos to Ms Harman.

Not gonna lie I've had some bad experiences at this store but after the help I received today from Karan I'm gonna just ignore my past experiences and give a 5 star rating. I really appreciated the above and beyond customer service.

Fast, friendly service. The associates answered all my questions. I got help printing a document that I needed from my phone. The store is bright and well-stocked. The prices are really good too! I paid $1.08 for 8 pages! Self serve option is convenient and user-friendly

Dealt with other Staples locations but at this particular one I had the best shopping experience. I used them for in-store shopping and online pick-up. Very friendly and helpful staff.
