Amazing! We all said the same. I was surprised when my hubby said "amazing donut!" Because he didn't say much about food. Yes, everything was amazing. I really loved my Irish Boston cream donut. Plus St.Patrick day, we wore green so we got a discount and also first time too, so awesome! The owner is so nice, so friendly, amazing service. We all were so happy! Can't wait to go back. If you never been there, go check them out. Really recommend this cafe.

Visited for my first time today and would totally recommend to anyone! The owner is very friendly and personable. They were out of cinnamon buns and he gave me an extra treat for free. The chai is also delicious. I seriously don’t get the bad reviews. The atmosphere is very cute and cozy as well. Will definitely be back!

Very friendly host. The atmosphere and decor is very chill and unique. I got an Indian Mist (Indian-flavoured version of London Fog) and a Simpson donut which were pretty good. Definitely recommend if you want to sit down for a bit.

I've been recently coming in here every other day, the owner is always nice and professional. His staff has been friendly the location is clean. I love their donuts always something different to try. Honestly tho if you haven't given this place a try your missing out. I've been craving a long John like I had when I was a kid 20 years ago and this place makes them better then what I remember from my childhood. My only regret is me taking so long to come give them a try

They now have a few gluten free options in the display case! So nice to see as someone with celiac disease who’s west Abbotsford neighborhood often doesn’t cater to. Service is amazing as usual.

It's cozy not a traditional coffee shop/ place. Everyone is friendly, the Indian coffee is outstanding.

I almost don’t want to leave a review for Jas and his team so I can keep this little hidden gem to myself. It would be a huge disservice because everyone should go here and try the donuts! They are so good and Sipp Chai has become a weekly stop for us! The donuts are amazing, the staff are kind and shop is warm and inviting. You feel like you are with family and friends anytime you go in there.

This place is awesome! The owner is ALWAY in the best of moods, and you can really see that he's put a lot of him into the place. The food is great (specially the donuts) and the energy is so so good!

I decided to check out this cafe after reading all the great reviews online , and was not disappointed. This cafe definitely deserves 5 stars ⭐

I ordered the iced sippchai and Boston cream donut - was so yummy. The owner also greeted me with a smile and was very friendly :) The cafe is very spacious with lots of interesting artwork/posters. Couches are very comfy and they have lots of places to plug in electronics if you wanna work.

The donuts are amazing!!!!! So soft and doughy and flavourful. The owner is a great guy with Charm. The iced latte I got was great. He nicely turned the lights down a bit later in the evening. Nice comfy couches and chairs to sit in.

Amazing!! I came here totally unplanned, and I'm so glad I found this gorgeous place! It's got such a welcoming and fun vibe. I tried the caramel macchiato, and oh my.. I loved it more than Starbucks! The decor is also so unique. Beautiful artwork all over! Highly recommended not just for the drinks, but the overall positive rejuvenation I had when I was there!

This place came highly recommended. We didn't have time to stay and enjoy the ambiance for long but picked out some donuts (the peanut butter chocolate one was amazing!), a Chai Latte & Chai frappe.

Came across this café while visiting my sister in Abbotsford and searching online for the best chai tea lattes around. I am a chai tea latte fanatic and SippChai Cafe came up as highly rated.

The owner, Jas, is super friendly and took the time to explain why he started the café and his passion for chai.

I got the Sippchai chai late iced with almond milk (less sweet) and it was incredible!! Have been going back every chance I get now. It is a friendly, aesthetic place with cool decor.

The best part about this place is that you can modify your drink to make it less sweet. Chai tea lattes can be way too sugary/sweet sometimes, so it is so nice to find a place that adjusts the sweetness level!

Would definitely recommend the chai tea lattes here!

Nearly comfortible as House of James café which is closed for a while. We are surprised to find a similar place feeling well too. Thanks for that!!

Had a great experience here. The Sip Chai Latte is a must if you haven't tried it. Very unique flavor and taste. This clearbrook location is the right one to go to. Very good homestyle food that doesn't make you feel sick. Reasonably priced and friendly owner/service! Will be back and tell others. Also they have the best Donuts in Abbotsford hands down. Enjoy!

Now this is what donuts are supposed to taste like! I finally had a chance to check them out now that they are close by and they did not disappoint. There are plenty of choices and so far were all good. They even have a "Skully" donut there (and was actually there; unlike the guy who sells 🌭's and is rarely open.🤓) I will be back for sure and will continue my 2-3 year streak of not eating a donut from a place name after a Toronto hockey player 🤮

Just dropped by for a coffee and found a huge assortment of fresh donuts, too. Staff are awesome! Everyone so friendly. Chai latte was so flavourful. I couldn’t resist the donuts. Took home six. Already tastes two…… so yummy. Will definitely return.

Been enjoying SippChai cafe for over a decade. Jas and the crew does not disappoint! It's a cozy and welcoming spot for the community.

The chai tea latte and hot chocolate are my favorites, and many alternating flavors of donuts are very impressive and fresh!
Lately, I have been ordering through the delivery apps and Jas packages the drinks and donuts so well!
Definitely the most cool cafe in town 😎
