Dunkin'

Went to just get a coffee for myself before we started our day and the customer service was great. Greeted with a "Dunkin Dunkin, what can we get for you", friendly cashier at the drive thru. I don't know who the cashier was but she was extremely nice and whoever made my frozen coffee had to have made it with a lot of love because it was a sight to behold and just really good. All in all, it was a really good start to the day for my mine and my girlfriend's 2 year anniversary. Thank you guys! Extra props to the cashier for even covering us being short 4 cents even though we could've given an extra dollar. Stellar service.

I think this is my favorite Dunkin in my area!
They always make my favorite drink (caramel craze latte) perfectly!! To top it off their employee Paris is an absolute sweetheart and was so patient with my Mom today asking about the types of coffee and about what she wanted with her drink . They made us delicious coffees!!
Can’t wait to go back when I need my next coffee fix!

You guys know how to make a bagel!! Perfect amount of cream cheese, perfectly toasted. This is why I choose Dunkin bagels over Panera: they toast the bagels for you and put the cream cheese on. It’s kinda hard to eat on the road when Panera just gives you a bagel, a thing of cream cheese, and a knife that you have to handle while driving lol. I will be back for a bagel again soon!!

Stopped in this DDs May 2023 early morning...after emergency transporting an injured opossum to the nearby wildlife rehab. I was under caffeinated and over tired. The team was obviously flying around super slammed w drive up window customers etc. However, fantastic job! They were all jamming and working so fast to turn orders out! As a customer in the store with them, they were super professional, great vibe, great attitude! Immediately felt management needs to know this team is really good! Please reward them for job done above and beyond, with a fantastic attitude!

Had first coffee in 3 days after power outage

The boy that worked the front counter was a gentleman and very kind. He was patient with my 4 year old daughter and my 8 year old twin brothers. I enjoyed my visit very much. I'm very pleased and the kids were very happy. :) Thank you very much for the great service young man. :)

The crew is the best. They all know what I like and get it done in a hurry so I don't have to wait nor worry about it is done right.

Friendly, AND... they made a mistake and made me TOO MANY coffees. The refunded my card for the extras AND let me keep the extra coffees! They said they would have to dump them, but still, a fast satisfying correction to an error :^)

Strawberry Ave in Lewiston is the best.... The one across from CMMC NEVER has caramel flavor... well, if its such a popular flavor, If I were the manager, Id start ordering TWICE as much!? Right? Like the ones that allow you to order thru the app and choose "walk in" as your pick up method - if I wanted to wait in the drive thru, whats the point of ordering ahead thru the app?

Went to Dunkin in Auburn on Minot Ave, they had a very friendly staff and got my coffee correct the first time! I love it!

All DD in this area are busy in the mornings but this one seems to always be busier and always keeps up with the rush, must be well managed.
