YOUR STAFF IS INCREDIBLE! 🥹
Food is great as always, but something significant and out of the ordinary happened on my visit with my family.
While we were eating our lunch inside the restaurant, my grandmother was suffering from diabetic shock, or a minor stroke, and we were trying to figure out how to handle the situation. My dad asked one of the girls behind the counter for help with calling 911 while he was on the phone with his sister (we were trying to get grandma's PW to unlock her phone so we could see if it was blood sugar related- yes there's an app that reads her levels). A customer at the counter was in the middle of placing an order and he became irate that my dad was asking for help in calling 911, instead of using his own phone. He thought it was rude and inconsiderate that he was asking a staff member to stop what they were doing to help. There was a lot of shouting back and forth, so one of the other girls came out to help him finish his order while the other girl was helping us with 911. She even helped in getting us some sugary options to get her levels back where they needed to be...
Grandma is fine, but I just wanted to let you know how amazing it was to see your staff pull together and help in a situation that they don't experience everyday, and recognize that helping a human life takes priority. Thank you so much for all your help with this, team! 🙏
Special shout-out to Casey (or was it Kelsey I am so sorry!) and Cameron. I believe they were the 2 girls helping with the irate man yelling back and forth at us so he can place his order while we were trying to get help for our 84-year old grandmother. 💪

(P.S. Finished the food up at home, chicken was very crispy and delicious, fries OMG, mac and cheese YUM, she LOVED the chocolate cake!)

There was this worker there named Alyssa and she was the best worker there when we asked for extra sause she actually gave us it and she was really nice definitely needs a raise

The wallpaper in the dining room is peeling. The trash is VERY full in the lobby area and Men’s room. The hand dryer in the Men’s room doesn’t work and doesn’t have a sign on it. When the door is opened in the Men’s bathroom, one of the ceiling tiles lifts up and makes a noise. The original recipe chicken was good.

We showed up very close to closing time. Shannon had a great attitude and had no problem making us everything we wanted even though it ran well past closing time!! Wish all people were this nice to customers even though it's this close to closing time. I'd be very proud to have someone like her working for me!!

I love their food. Give me the mashed potatoes! Their chicken, sandwiches, potpie, ect. is always cooked well and seasoned well. Always have a good experience with the staff. My husband jokes with them everytime we go in there.

I usually go in for very large orders, which i call ahead and there great about it. Did u know if u had a very large order over 150 they will deliver. The foods great, service is great, workers are even better its a delightful experience to go here.

The place was clean. Our order was taken quickly. Our food was serve fast. Our food was served hot. It was excellent! I would recommend this KFC to my family and friends.

I just love going to both KFC cooks corner Brunswick Me and in Auburn. I go to them 3to 4 times a week.The always give exactly what you want,no questions asked, plus they always have a great smile. Keep up the good works. God bless

Tasty chicken, pretty good sides, fast service. Can't really go wrong with some KFC...and if you bring it home and pair it with sticky rice and some Thai sweet and spicey sauce...it is simply out of this world explosive flavor...and that is the best way to enjoy your KFC.

The first time I was at a KFC in many years. A family was in pain, and this was their comfort food. No fine dining could replicate the level of comfort supplied by this bucket of fried chicken. I hope I'm never in that position again, but I'm glad there was a KFC nearby.

The restaurant was clean. The employees were friendly. The service was prompt. The food was cooked correctly and it was hot and tasted good! I was happy I went here.

I had a great experience a gift card I got was not working so the manager just gave me the food for free

They didn't have an item on the menu but since I had the kids in the car they gave us two juice pouches and extra chocolate chip cookies, nice way to make customers happy

Drive through order was filled very quickly. Staff was friendly. Love the food.

As a vegetarian, I wish there were more vegetarian options but the mac and cheese and potatoes are amazing. Also the biscuits are to die for.

It is not the food that makes me put 5 stars, it is the staff. Food was great but the staff at this KFC where fantastic.
