Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

Honestly had a great experience. We booked a party for my son in April and we had the best host ever. Shelby was beyond exceptional with handling the kids, the perfect calm to the chaotic storm. She had the patience and even took care of the adults! The party experience was smooth in every way. My son had the best birthday and enjoyed every minute of it. Lots of play areas, and everyone had fun! Thank you again Shelby! I will be requesting you next year :)

Wonderful place to for kids to get their energy out. Had a birthday party there recently for my 6 yr.old. the whole process was super easy. Place was not packed, staff was super helpful and polite. We went on a Sunday around 11 am. (Best decision EVER)

Best place for kids and teens. I went for a birthday party with my kid and believe me my son never want to get our of this place. They have best of trampoline, rock climbing and so many fun rides.

Clean facility, nice staff although very young. Food was good. All the attractions worked with little to no wait time. Kids had a ball

I had read the reviews about this place and was sceptical at first. But when we got there we were pleased. It wasn't as dirty as others had stated. So they must have read reviews and addressed accordingly. My only complaint it how expensive the food and drink bar was. No one should have to pay 3.00 for a regular sized fountain drink. Other than that had a great time

Clean, friendly, AIR CONDITIONED fun for children of all ages. I bring my grandchildren here whenever they visit. They LOVE it - and come home EXHAUSTED every time! Kudos to Kibwe who gets five stars for solving my membership glitch (my fault; not theirs). I told the kids I didn't think we'd be able to get, but Kibwe got it resolved quickly and courteously and it made the grandkids' day (and mine). I appreciate the people who work here and put up with all they do and continue to be kind and fun, which keeps the experience personable every day we come back.

Tons of fun for the toddlers! Once they find their fun spots within the building and their limits, they can go for a couple of hours. I like that it's physical fun and not just video games.

I took my Family here to celebrate one of the Children's Birthdays. I feel like for the amount of activities that they offer, that the price is reasonable. We had children from 8 months, to 13 years old. Plus several Adults. (Who had just as much fun as the children) we were there late afternoon on a Saturday, and it was not too crowded. All patrons and staff members were wearing masks. They have staff members who walked around disinfecting surfaces continuously. As well as a staff who was cleaning each ride as the guests exited. The snacks were well prepared and served. The activities are Wonderful and Exciting. Everyone is wanting to go back again.

Team member Dylan was doing an excellent job today. He had everyone having fun and coming back to the line over and over again from toddlers to teenagers and adults. He made sure the games were safe and fair and everyone was having a good time due to the way he was managing the attraction. It was great to see someone working and making an enjoyable experience for everyone playing. 👍👍👍👍

Love going here... if your kids have alot of energy this is the place to be. Not a fan of their pizza but their wings are awesome. The membership is worth it, pays itself in 1 time.

My son had talked about this place on many occasions. We had his last birthday at Skyzone so I figured this year we'll make a drive to something new and celebrate his birthday at Urban Air. I am glad I did! This place is awesome! Unlike Skyzone you pay and play all day if you want. Skyzone only gives you 2 hours. Also this place has adult refreshments unlike Skyzone. Unfortunately we had to leave early to make it to a Tampa Bay Lightning game but that just means we'll be back!

This was my first time doing birthday party at Urban Air. Vrunda was my host. She did an amazing job. She did everything from starting to finish. It was a stress free day for me. She was also very polite and friendly to all my guests. Thank you Vrunda for your excellent customer service 👏 😊

We had our daughter's birthday here and everyone loved it. Great variety of things for the kids to do. Bumper cars, obstacle course, zip lining and ball pit. Our hostess was great as well. We will definitely be back.

Urban Air trampoline adventure Park is an amazing place. The kids did not want to leave. They had so much fun I will be taking them there again.

The kids had a blast! My five yr old got a little scared when she couldn't find her way out of the play area, but we were there for a Birthday party and it was nice to have the party host to hand out all the food and drinks and keep the party flowing. We opted to just let the kids play instead of opening presents there but everyone had a good time and we will be back another day ☺

My 5-year-old daughter loved the place. Ball pit and the play area are good to engage the child for at least a couple of hours.

We LOVE it here. The Cafe counter girls are always 5 stars. No matter how busy they are or how many people are in line they are always kind and have a smile on their face. Everybody that works there is always so good.

I like this place. But the music is very loud. I hate moments when you have to shout to tell something. You probably feel headache after such places. However, kids have so much fun.
