Brama's Pizzeria

If you like pizza or Italian food, this is a place you're going to want to try. We were a large group of ten people and we had excellent service, and excellent food. Every one of us loved our food and all of our orders came in a timely manner and correct as ordered.

We’ve only done take out.

They’re one of the few I’ve found to offer cupped pepperoni and green olives.

Most recently we got a pepperoni, cupped pepperoni, and green olive with hand tossed crust in a large. $24 before taxes and tip.

Compared to the awful pizza that my kids prefer, Domino’s and Pizza Hut, this is a proper pie. Plenty of toppings and the right amount of sauce. Locally, it’s better than Marko’s and Mama Mia’s (not sure they exist anymore).

Update...our second visit to Brama's on the evening of 7/21/23 went well and the place was quite busy, which was great to see. We enjoyed the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo and the Pizza Burger. 🙂
Our first experience at Brama's Pizzeria in Germantown, WI and it was great. Loved the touch of horseradish in the marinara sauce accompanying the mozzarella sticks, terrific garlic bread, tasty thin crust meatball pizza and the homemade key lime pie and flourless chocolate cake were delicious, too. We will be back!

We made a reservation for 5 on a busy Friday night, we've never been inside the restaurant but have had the food through take out.
First glance it's a strip mall, but once you're inside it's homey, warm, classic Italian place.
I had Chicken Alfredo with crispy chicken, the Alfredo sauce was thick.. Like sick to the fork thick! Absolutely home made. None of that watered down bull mess from a jar, I have a toddler who likes Alfredo and the waitress made it known it would be no problem to have spaghetti with white sauce. My husband had a pizza, and will be eating from it for days.
Our waitress Cassie was attentive and answered all the questions we had. She came back when we needed her even though she was very busy with other tables, she never let her stress show.
I met the owner, Stan and gave him high compliments. We also met Will the chef and praised him as he should be!
All in all, we'll be back. Often!

Nice place! Went during lunch and we had the Onion Tangler appetizer, Large Brama's Thin Crust Pizza and the Baked Meatballs. Let me tell you, the food was exceptional! The pizza was very simple but delicious. For their Baked Meatballs, although it only comes with three and a garlic bread, the sizes of the meatballs were very generous and well worth it. The garlic bread was very crunchy and flaky... I just wished they gave me more lol. Also, a lot of other places have a sweeter pizza sauce which I'm not too fond of but I found Brama's to be just perfect and very savory. We would definitely come back again during lunch to try their other pizza toppings and entrees. Brama's is the place to go if you want great pizza and Italian pasta.

My family and I visited Brama's for the first time and would go back in a heart beat. Was a very nice atmosphere. Cassie( I believe) our waitress was amazing. I think it was the owner/ manager was out talking to another couple and stopped by us and checked on how things were going and was super friendly. Our food came out pretty quick and was delicious! Pizza pictured is the carnivore.

I absolutely love Brama's pizza! I recently started Keto and I saw they had cauliflower crust and it is amazing! If I didn't know it you can't even tell that it's cauliflower!! Amazing and friendly staff also!!

Ordered pizza, lasagna, and garlic bread for a small gathering at our house. Staff was very helpful in helping us figure out how much we would need, and getting things ordered (especially, Sam). Everything was hot, ready on time, and enjoyed by all… especially the lasagna/garlic bread. Even the small bit of leftovers we had the next day was delish 🙌🏼 🇮🇹

Had to try a little of several things! Chicken Alfredo was awesome, bread is yummy and very different...pizza is awesome loved the thin crust...had a nice fresh salad as well and wonton cheesesticks were really good too!
Our server was great and fun! This is a definite hidden treasure and super clean! You won't leave hungry.

Our first visit to Brahma’s was a great experience. The chicken Alfredo and the eggplant Parmesan was fantastic. Service was fast and friendly and the decor is beautiful.

YUM! Last night we tried their pizza. We had a large, thin sausage pizza with traditional sauce. We arrived at the time they specified and had to wait a few minutes for the person at the bar to help. It was in a heater box. So delicious! Next time we'll come a little sooner as it wasn't as hot as I expected. A few days earlier I contacted them thru FB. Very responsive! I can't eat onions and was excited that both sauces did not contain them. I think this is our new favorite place! Can't wait to try other items on the menu.

We have gone to this place three times now, once alone and twice with friends. We like thin crust, it was amazing. Garlic bread was very good. Appetizers were good also. Will go back!

Grew up in Germantown and back visiting for the week. I ordered the garlic bread and hand-tossed pizza, both were very good. Nice to see a more updated and modern spot in a village with a lot of outdated/rundown spots. A little pricey but I thought it was worth it for the good service and atmosphere. Will be back!

Excellent pizza and drinks! The staff was just Awesome! The menu has a lot of great items to choose.

I am always sceptic going into Italian places in Wisconsin. I am born and raised in NY so I usually find disappointment in the Italian scene here. I was very happy when I saw they had a baked meatball on the appetizer menu. The key tales of a truly good Italian feast is the sauce/gravy and the meatball. It was fantastic. I ate it so fast I actually forgot to take a picture. I had the baked pasta, my husband the NY style sausage pizza and my toddler had the grilled cheese. The bread they serve here is really good as well. I highly recommend Bramas.

Absolutely delicious! My wife got a baked pasta which she loved, me and the kid a 16" New York hand tossed with sausage (see picture). Their sauce on both was to die for. Oh, the meatball appetizer was also amazing!

That said, while it was absolutely delicious, I think the "New York style" for the pizza is a little misleading. It was definitely hand tossed pizza, but a little too crusty and not pliable enough for the "fold in half" I usually associate with NY style. Still was amazing though, no complaints whatsoever on the taste.

Delicious! We aren’t in Germantown very often and we randomly needed to find a spot for dinner and landed at Brama’s. We ordered a couple appetizers with our pizza and they came out quick and were so good. Our pizza was tasty also with plenty left over to take home.

Best garlic bread, best tiramisu! I usually don't even eat other places garlic bread. They have the best flavor and its nice soft and light. Not soggy! Sauce is the boss and they give you alot. Other places are stingy and I usually ask and pay for more. Great place that supports the community. Great food and clean as well!

Good service, tasty food! I can recommend the baked meatballs, their house salad, and definitely the Italian sausage soup. The pizzas looked great - we will try one next time.
