I had a package that was lost in transit and shipped to the wrong address in my neighborhood, I went to my local Germantown post office and was assisted by Gregory who is a awesome guy, He asked me if I could get him a tracking number, Later in the day from work I called to inform them of the tracking number and talked to a wonderful young lady named Kristen, She took my info and heard me out on my dilemma and said she would call and let me know what transpired, A hour or so later this young lady called and said she went and retrieved my goods and put them by my door!!! This lady is a absolute angel and went above and beyond the call of duty to help me, I have no words and just can not get over her kindness and professionalism, Kristen deserves a medal for just being so awesome, This was a expensive order I thought was lost and because of her it is safe! My heart is elated, Huge hugs young lady, You rock Kristen, The world needs more people like you in it....

Honestly not sure why there’s so many bad reviews. I always go here to ship out packages and have never had an issue. The workers at the counter have never been rude to me. I will definitely continue to go here.

Honestly, I am unsure why this post office has such bad reviews. Every time I go there, the employees are always super nice and helpful. Today I was helped by Katie and Ashley, and they were very helpful! I go pretty often since I run a shop online, and i really have not had any bad experiences! :)

Dropped off my packages early in the morning and the man working was incredibly nice! It was a quick and painless process. Also a huge plus that they’re open early in the morning for drop offs!

No line. In and out on a Saturday. Half the price of UPS to ship a box of hats out to my dad.

I love this location. Much better customer service and accuracy than any nearby post office!

Decent post office. Outside lobby hours could be expanded, though. (I have a PO box and it closes half an hour before I get out of work, closes early (2pm) Saturday and isn't open at all Sunday.) I've never had an issue with the staff - they've always been pleasant to work with.

Always friendly and helpful

The Germantown office is absolutely horrible. The Post Master there needs to find another job, customer service is not his forte. I had a package that I NEEDED delivered and they put it in another persons PO box, instead of delivering it to my address. This is after I called the morning of the delivery and told them to watch for it (because they've done it twice before). They screwed up and put it in another places po again, and when that person came and said it wasn't their's, they sent it back! I went there and when the manager eventually came out (this is after 30 mins on the phone trying to get them to locate the package) and told me they cannot locate it, but they *THINK* it's on a truck back to returns (and she explained that it wasn't returnable, so it shouldn't have went on that truck). She took my number, said they'd find it Saturday and call me to pick it up. They did not. Monday, I called and the Post Master answered, I explained the situation to him. Then he starts grilling me, as it if were my problem!!! Anyway, I will avoid this place as much as possible. To bad I can't move ALL my business away from this mess.

I saw a commercial for the Post Office last night. The Gal had on gray shorts with a stripe and a blue uniform shirt with the logo and her name on it. She also had an ID. My postman looks like a homeless guy with shirts with no sleeves, shorts and tennis shoes. Not a very professional look at all.

Very poor customer service. I do not recommend using this post office.
