PinSource might be a little pricier than the competition, but they're more than worth it for the superior quality and customer service.
I've been working with PinSource and sales rep Nicole F. since 2019, and I keep coming back because other companies I've tried just can't offer the same quality and service.

Nicole always replies to emails super quickly and is above and beyond helpful with any of my manufacturing questions. Nicole is also super proactive about checking in to make sure everything is going well from start to finish - from design to production and manufacturing to delivery.

Employee recognition is really important to my company. I used Pin Source to order hundreds of pins. Not only was the communication amazing, but we received a discount for bulk pricing, and we received frequent updates on the status of our orders.
Their design team had samples for us quickly and provided different options that better suited our vision.
I also appreciated that they were able to send the pins to multiple locations which was a huge relief as it would have added a lot of work to my plate.
