United States Postal Service

Office is clean and staff is in uniform and very helpful. Mail carriers get their mail delivered in a timely manner everyday. Would recommend this office for your postal needs.

Every personal experience with this post office has been a good one.

The staff give a great service with a smile on their faces.

There are about 3 clerks at most trying to get mail out for a whole town maybe more.

Thank you for all your hard work that goes unnoticed.

I had 3 orders which say they were delivered and I never recieved them. Also there was a few days I didn't recive any mail..

They close for two hours in the afternoon which is crazy in my opinion.
they have that that young girl that’s super nice and hard working delivering mail after she works all day in that S hole of a post office. they need to hire more people shame on the US Postal Service for making these people work like dogs it’s not the people working at the post office they can only do so much Mohrsville is huge and they expect three people to deliver all that mail it’s madness. The three stars are for the three people who work there

Can be short tempered

Very often we get a slip in the mailbox to sign for packages. Our mail lady will go to every other house and ring the door bell or bring the package to the door. Ours does not, we always get a slip even though we always has someone home. I remember a couple of years ago I had to chase after the car to get my package from her because she put a slip in the mailbox while I was walking to the mailbox from my front door.
Or the many times, well over 10x I had to pick up my packages from the post office, because that guaranties I will get my package on time. I live about 7 minutes away from the post office

Very disappointed by the quality of work. I always know when a sub is working, because my mailbox is left hanging open. Found out recently, that due to short staffing, mail is not being delivered. I had to pick up packages that I paid to have delivered.

No mail for two days, call and find out they didn't have staff.

Have not received our mail for 3 days! All of my packages are being held apparently. I get emails stating what mail I’ll be receiving and nothing at all has arrived since last week! Often get wrong mail - at least 1-2x per week. Constantly leaving slips in mailbox to pick packages up that should be easily delivered. Filed a complaint. Unacceptable and never experienced this before!!!!

The people working here, are so incompetent it’s ridiculous. Yellow card with a delivery date, maroons don’t or can’t understand the delivery date. This location needs to shut down. 3 1/2 yrs my mail has been screwed up. Don’t go inside and question them because they stare at you, like what. Pathetic

I was supposed to get a package the other day by 8:25 pm . The day I was supposed to get the package, I got an update at FOUR pm saying attempted delivery at 8 pm so they took it back to the carrier , I went to the carrier today to pick it up and they told me they were “short staffed” but it was on the truck being delivered TODAY .. they closed way too early (at 11Am , I was there about 9am) and my packages STILL aren’t here and I’ll most likely have to wait til Tuesday . It also says it’s still at the carrier . Mad isn’t even the word right now

This post office quite literally took mail from my mailbox that was delivered and addressed to me, and held it ransom for $10 “postage.” Quite possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had with the USPS. I was incredibly reliant on receiving my package on time, and even went so far as to use express, 1-2 day shipping. They went out of their way to take my package from my mailbox and to their facility. Now, I have to pay them $10 or wait to get my package redelivered. Absolutely mind-boggling.

Marked my package as delivered, yet it's not here. Not only is it already late. The person was too lazy to put it on the porch, so they took it back to the office.

Unsatisfactory! They said the package was delivered to my house at 9am and everyone at home was awake, no doorbell nothing. They didn't even leave a peach slip for re delivery. After tracking my package saying the package was attempted but no one was home (BS), I called this local post office and they refuse to allow me to pick it up that same day. Now they wont allow me to redeliver it to my house, probably because they will FAIL again, and I have to pick it up few days following.

Often get mail in my mailbox that is not mine! I put back in mailbox with a note saying wrong address, I often wonder who gets my mail and maybe just throws away or worse opens it. Is it no longer a requirement that you can read to deliver the mail?

They have said that things are delivered but they were running late, marked it delivered and delivered it the next day!!! Tired of going over their to straighten things out!

I’ve been waiting for a check on Digital mail that should have been delivered!!!! STILL NOT Delivered!!!!!
