I went this past saturday and I had the best experience! Two girls named Kristin and Katy were the best help with the brightest smiles! Will be back again☺

Fast and friendly service! I love having a tasty smoothie place that is easy to get in and out of! Love all of their options, and the people working there always seem happy to see you! I will be back.

Easy, fast, and delicious smoothies.

The staff confirmed that my order was gluten-free, including the whey powder. (As a Celiac, I only order smoothies.)

The drive thru is a huge plus for me which is why I never go to the other location in Conway.

I love the smoothies and the food service was a little slow today. Not normal for them. But I understand everyone had there days.

Great experience at this location. Everything made perfectly, 2 smoothies and a sandwich ready in 5 minutes, and they were so nice and friendly. Just passing through but would absolutely go back.

We went to Tropical Smoothie Cafe for the first time. I got to say it was a welcome change to the fast food burger joints in town. They are a little slow but everything is made fresh when you order it. The smoothies we got were excellent & so were the sandwiches. If you haven't tried them yet,give them a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Wow does this staff do an amazing job of staying on top of everything. I met a friend from college here and ended up having a 2 hour conversation and I dont think that I saw 1 staff member slow down the entire time. Between taking orders, making food, cleaning, everyone had a job to do and they were on top of it! I was very impressed on how well they worked as a team, their customer service and general attitude. The manager or owner must be doing a great job because in my experience, when employees are treated fairly and compensated properly, they have no issue doing the job asked of them. So great job all around. Highly impressed by the work ethic of a franchise restaurant.

Best food I've eaten in a while. Definitely looking forward to going for another taste of one of the many delicious sounding selections. Told my wife I wanted to try one of everything to my bucket list 😂 my only issue was it's not convenient for fast food the wait in line in drive through seeing the folks lined up inside as well lines both slowly thinned out over what seemed the longest wait ever for some reasonably priced good healthy food. The drive home was like wow these smoothies are delicious wish the wait wasn't as long but eh we'll definitely be back for another go at such wonderful healthy food 🤘

I eat breakfast here at least 3 times a week! I get the peanut butter banana crunch flatbread!! It’s so good! Tropical smoothie in Conway on Salem makes my mornings!!

I've ordered the EXACT thing from SK forever. It always tastes amazing and is made correctly. This location specifically has been the most consistent and the most friendly staff. 10/10 reccomend. If the car line is long, order on the app to go inside and pick it up. They have little cubbies for your order!

I only came here because I was lost and needed a friend to pick me up. The employee's were able to help me and in return I transformed into a customer. So if I had never got lost I never would have known how awesome and helpful this place was and the foods good as well. It's a great place to be when you feel depressed with a scratchy throat.

I absolutely love this place me and my boyfriend go regularly i always get the jetty punch and a turkey Bacon ranch sandwich.!

My smoothie was made perfect and there was a worker named Sarah or Sara at the drive through and she was super sweet and I was having a horrible night and she made it better , definitely will be back again soon!

Love their smoothies, decent pricing for them too. Food is delicious, but a bit pricier.

My order was made perfectly and all the crew were nice, in specifically a worker named Skye helped me decide on what to get and was very professional.

I tried a new wrap, the Spinach Feta Pesto I believe it was and it was delicious.
