I called him on a Saturday afternoon because I had snapped off the guide pin on my brake calipers. I was very worried that this was going to financially break me because I thought I snapped an actual bolt. He answered the phone asked for a picture of the issue to see if he was able to help. Then he texted me back and told me it was an easy fix explained how to do it easily enough told me where to get the part didn't even charge me. Rather than taking me for a ride for tons of money he helped me and I'm back on the road a few hours later.

If I have any more issues with my vehicle I will be sure to keep him in mind and will continue to do business with him as that spoke volumes.

First, I would like to note that he was the fourth company called, but the first to answer. Very friendly and prompt, showed when he said and made sure everything was taken care of before stating he was done. However the best part of this experience, I drive an older model Ford Expedition, so my initial issue of needing a sensor replaced, turned into other an almost 3 hour repair because of other issues with the vehicle that were in no relation to what he was doing. He was still very friendly and took care of the other issues without adding to the price. I, of course, gave more because I appreciated his time and he was still WAY cheaper than any mechanic shop. For almost three hours of this young man's time, it was only $120 and that included the part $50.00 part!!!!
