If you appreciate delicious, handmade pastries, you need to run to Chocolatine! We are so lucky to have this amazing pastry shop here in Denville… everything I’ve tried has been fantastic.. Treat yourself and your loved ones often with these goodies!

Wow wow wow … stopped here on a whim and thankful I did. I’m assuming the man who helped me was the owner, number one he is so nice. My son was playing with a balloon off of the display and he cut it off for him to take home. Now for the pastries, the macaroons are full of flavor and incredible and the pastries are fresh and just delightful. I can’t wait to come back and try more! Highly recommend!!

Went in around 9am. Grabbed a couple of bakery items and a latte. It's a grab and go type of place which I don't mind. I really had to hold my wallet because I was tempted to buy everything! Super fresh croissants and great coffee. I will be back :)

Amazing croissants with a good amount of options to choose from. Can't go wrong with the classic croissant and the Nutella. My new favorite. Also, their raspberry Beignets are to die for! Saddly, it was the first thing I ate, so I don't have a picture of it. Also, their hot chocolate is yummy. Made with 61% dark chocolate and the perfect amount of minni marshmallows. A mist try.
This is a family owned business, and shopping here is a great way to support small businesses and eat local. But if you aren't a local, this place is still worth the drive!

Visited this incredible French bakery and I'm still dreaming about it! The pastries were fresh, flaky, and filled with flavors that transported me straight to Paris. The ambiance was cozy and the staff was super friendly. It's a must-visit gem!

Amazing French bakery in Denville. Met the Chef and his wife who are the most friendly people but most importantly know the secret to baking crisp and flaky croissants. Hopefully others will find and patronize this spectacular place.

Amazing pastries and customer service. The pastries are unbelievably delicious and gorgeous. Highly recommend! It is so good my out of town family always asks me to bring them chocolatine goodies any time I’m visiting.

Glad to have this place near us. My wife and I have been to France and this is very authentic. Not overly sugary like most bakeries now-a-days. You can taste every element of ingredients. We’ve been to Paul Bocuse’s flagship restaurant in Lyon, I’ll have to say I think Chocolatine has better tasting pastries. For those that don’t know, Bocuse has held 3 Michelin stars for 55 years. We’ve tried almost everything and while everyone has preferences, most were outstanding. Their king cake is the best I’ve ever had. Keep up the good work!

Our go to Friday morning stop for a special breakfast! The croissants are as good, if not better, than some of the croissants we had in Paris. I also love the rotating seasonal items! The cookie croissant was a fantastic addition to the menu.

Heaven! The best croissants! The almond croissant will change your life. Extremely kind and friendly staff make this a must go-to place. We got our selection to go as there is no indoor seating and limited space, but who even cares? It's that yummy. The whole family loved it!

First time here, amazing croissants. Got a regular and the ham and cheese. They also have humongous croissants and a number of other pastries, all look amazing. Can't wait to try more.

It's hard to overstate just how excellent the pastries are at this authentic French bakery. Let me put it this way - my wife is a journalist who, for the last 20 years, has been reviewing the best restaurants in NYC and New Jersey. This is her favorite bakery.

A slice of Parisian heaven in Northeastern New Jersey. If you've never had a real croissant in your life, or you're missing the incredible pleasure of legit French pastries, do yourself the favor and make the trip to Chocolatine. You will not be disappointed.

If you are looking for beautiful breakfast desserts to bring to a party or just to spruce up your Sunday morning (or any morning for that matter), then you need to check out Chocolatine. First, this place is clean, bright and warm and the staff is happy to serve you. I have not had the pleasure of trying everything on the menu, but the Chocolate Almond Croissant is my absolute favorite - just try it and you'll see why. These desserts are a work of heART. It is obvious that the pâtissier takes great pride in what he does - the food is not only beautiful, but is delicious. You get what you pay for at Chocolatine; you will not be disappointed.

It was SO nice to finally visit Chocolatine! The atmosphere is amazing, it really feels you are in Paris including all the amazing unique French products💗 I love the pastries, macarons, French teas etc. Cedric and Elaine are so welcoming and passionate about their business - highly recommend stepping by! You are in for a treat!

Superbly authentic French patisserie. If you are at all familiar with Jayce Baudry (pastry chef for Michelin star DANIEL) who owns a pastry shop in Montclair, you’d know these pastries and cakes don’t get any better than these two places in this side of the pond. Although Chocolatine does not have cakes, they make up for it in a wide variety of pastries and other savory treats. Not to mention the canneles! Extremely friendly service. I went in today for their one year anniversary (congratulations!) and I already want to go back for more! 🤗

I cannot speak highly enough of this place! The best addition to Denville. My favorite is the chocolate almond croissant, but everything they do is perfect! Last night was the holiday open house and my family stopped in for hot chocolate, and it was honestly the best hot chocolate of my life. It was rich and creamy like the ones I see in France. The owners are also kind and always so welcoming.

The pastries are like artwork and it's almost enough to just LOOK at them, but they taste extraordinary. My favorite was a salmon croissant ( ate it on the go).

There is no place to sit inside or out, which would be a great addition to this establishment.

Chocolatine is a phenomenal French bakery in Denville. Every item in the display case is exquisite and a work of art. The sweet treats, savory tarts, quiches, croissants and macaroons are absolutely delicious, amazing and the BEST! Chef Cedric and his wife, Elaine are so nice. Their bakery is an absolute gem and a nice addition to Denville and Morris County.
