Play It Again Sports

I have always gone here for my families sport needs. My parents even came here for me when i was doing sports in school! Never have we had a bad experience here!
Today was sooo unexpected! My daughter needed new shoes for softball last minute! I could not afford to get her a new pair. I went in and had two need pairs of nikes (wrong size) and asked what I could do to help get my daughter a pair that fits so she could play in her game today! Lady told me they didn't need that size bc of the over abundance. I was heart broken! I showed her my daughters shoes and asked " okay is there any thing you could suggest that would help me fix these ones till at least tomorrow?" She asked what size my daughter needed and I told her. She went over grab this really nice pair in her size and said here's what I can do... this is where I wanted to cry out for joy! She still took the two pairs and only charged be about 6 dollars! She made it happened for us and didn't have to at all! People like them are what make a difference in the world! She really went above and beyond helping me! If you are reading this.... thank you so much for your kindness and generosity! You didn't have to help us the way you did and it made my daughter the happiest. Just seeing her face when she saw them was everything!

Great staff, big inventory, and dedicated owners. From what I understand, there has been a recent transfer of ownership here. I walked in and was immediately assisted. I asked for ice hockey goalie equipment, and with great honesty I was shown the few pieces in stock (this was directly after the last game of our season. So I was not expecting a slew of equipment) and I was super excited to see some high quality sticks at prices that nearly made me want to buy more than I needed. The store is small, but there is a lot to explore in there. Check them out for sure!

We recently made our way to Play it again sports in Auburn. Staff was very friendly and helpful. One of the ladies helped point me in the right direction for women ski boots in my size. It was my first time buying a pair, She informed me sizes my be slightly different than the size I was looking for. I wear between 6.5 & 7.5. I’ve been pricing them online and other shops. I felt their prices were fair and affordable. I used them this weekend at Lost Valley. They were perfect. Fit was right on. Comfortable the whole day.

Taking two young children to a store is not easy by any means, and at times us parents feel a little frazzled especially when having to purchase sports items we know nothing about. Immediately after walking into the store I was greeted by a man (not sure of his name but assumed the owner) and he asked what we needed and went to work helping us and making sure we had a great shopping experience. This was a breath of fresh air in my long day and I am
Thankful. We will be back not only for sporting goods, but for the service!

Came in a yesterday with my daughter. A gentleman not sure if he was the owner greeted us. Very friendly informational. Was a pleasure doing business there. We definitely will be back in future.

Super impressed with the amount of inventory! Everything from field hockey, to ice hockey, to skates and football/LAX shoes. Bring your ice skates here to be sharpened. Support local business! Manager behind the counter was super friendly and helpful.

They give decent money for used sports equipment. A perfect way to recoup some of the money you spend over the years. Great variety of sports equipment available as well. Make sure you have photo ID ready if you are selling items.

Seriously, this place is fantastic! I never know exactly what I need when I bring my kids in for their various sports activities, but the friendly staff always quickly helps me gather all the supplies, make sure they fit, and have us on our way in no time without having spent outrageous amounts of money!

Love the store been shopping there for over 20 years. Great stuff for an even greater price. And wonderful staff. As long as my kids are playing sports I will be shopping there.
