Taqueria Mi Mexico

I arrived for breakfast around 8, and the restaurant was fairly quiet with just us and another table. We seated ourselves and found the place clean. The service was prompt, with a friendly waitress assisting us right away. We ordered horchata, pancakes with bacon, and chilaquiles with red sauce, adding a sunny side egg. While the chilaquiles were decent, they weren't the best I've ever had, but still enjoyable enough for me to finish. However, the potatoes and beans lacked flavor and needed additional seasoning. I did appreciate the tasty red sauce on the chilaquiles. The cook, a lady, was very pleasant and brought out our food. With a 20% tip it was $19.72. Overall, a decent experience.

My family recently had breakfast here. I really loved the omelet plate, and my daughter loved the banana split plate. The staff was very polite and took good care of us. We will be back soon.

If you are looking for some special swanky atmosphere this may not be suitable for you. BUT, if you're looking for somewhere to eat the best TexMex I have eaten in a while, go. The service was great, the food was exceptional!

I'm vegan and I ordered a side of sliced avocados and french fries with some corn tortillas so that I could make tacos. This is how the avocado slices came! It was so beautiful. Equally delicious. Chips super fresh and chip salsa really really good.🥰

How is this place not 5 stars??! I've been going to every Mexican restaurant from Aransas Pass to Rockport and couldn't find great Mexican food until I tried this place! This is the absolute best Mexican restaurant in the area. Everything is good but I especially love their tacos and so thrilled to find a place who makes an authentic enchilada. Very friendly too

Service is great our waitress was the best and really friendly drive thru guy not too much but heh food is delicious. And not to mention their micheladas yum that's all I have to say. 😋

My wife and I was looking for an authentic Mexican restaurant and Taqueria Mi Mexico hit the spot. My wife had the Mexican Plate and I had the Molcajete. The food was great and service was good as well. It's now on my top list of great places to eat.

Very good food and very reasonable prices, would definitely eat there when in town again.

My sis and stopped in for a quick lunch while passing through Aransas pass. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was good. The horchata was outstanding!

The best food we have had in a long time!! I normally dont eat tortillas, corn or flour, because theyre super filling, but i simply couldnt resist their homemade flour tortillas upon seeing and smelling them so fresh and hot. They werent heavy and were so lite. Had the omlette plate, had a perfect combination of cheese, ham, tomatoe, and onion. The potatoes were cooked well, browned nicely, and just so good!! The refried beans werent scorched and were also very fresh, nice texture, and hot. Seems like a simple meal to some but u wouldnt believe the way some of the restaurants in town get it so wrong and so bad. Thanks guys for the awesome breakfast dinner for my family this evening! We very much appreciate the delicious meal

We've tried this little hidden gem several and have had different things each time with no disappointments. Our first trip we had the Carne Guiana, Shrimp Cocktail, Chicken Fajita Quesadilla and Chicken Torta, all very good. 2nd time, we both had the Molcajete and once terrific. Our last trip I had the Chicken Fajita Taco Salad, he had Carne Guiana and we shared the Fajita Nachos Supreme - these were the best Nachos anywhere. Definitely stop by our feet it to go!

I'm glad this place is open again! The waitress was very friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious. And the portions were good. Happy to see them open for dinner again.

It is a nice clean and well maintained restaurant. The food was hot and fresh. The service was prompt. The waitresses were friendly. The tacos were delicious. I really enjoyed the their hot sauce. We were served chips and hot sauce before our tacos came . It was a nice experience with a friendly atmosphere. I would recommend them and definitely go there again.

I walked in after running from home and asked for an ice water because I couldn't afford food. I had walked for hours and just needed a drink. the nice ladies working the morning shift offered me a breakfast taco. I told them I had no money and they just said "don't worry about it". the people here were nicer to me than my own father. 100/10, would recommend this place to everyone and please get the people working here a raise. they deserve the world.

By far the BEST place to eat in Aransas Pass. Everything ordered was hot, fresh and packed full of flavor. The customer service alone was enough to make me come back. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a mom and pop restaurant to eat at, this is the one! Definitely coming back for seconds soon!

Our first time visiting. Staff was very helpful and kept checking on us. Food was great. Very tasty barbacoa, potatoes were flavorful. Homemade corn tortillas were out of this world. We ordered some to go for breakfast the next day. Will definitely be back.

I absolutely love this place the carne guisda is the best in this town. The queso cheese dip is also the best I’ve ever had the chips and the drive-through service. Please do not close.❤

The food is delicious. Coffe was freshly made when we eat there and it smelled amazing. Highly reccomended if you are looking for authentic mexican flavors.
