T-Mobile Experience Store

The worker named Hector was super respectful and worked well with me. He got me set up with my new iPhone to a service in less than 20-25min, highly recommend.

Doubt with Matt he was a great customer service representative. He solved my problems. I had with Verizon and took care of me completely with no cost up front. Great guy very professional

Can't say enough about this store. The representative Mario helped me get a new phone because my old phone was defective and helped me transfer information. Very professional and he actually knows what he's doing.

Very pleasant store. Walked in to tranfer my information and the sales rep Mario went above and beyond for me even though I purchased through the phone. Gave me a nice cup to. 5 stars well deserved.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Matt originally helped us pick out phones and he explained to me the differences in the phone I had and the ones I was thinking about getting. While my fiancés phone was being transferred he stepped away to help another person because they were so busy. Jorge helped us finish our setup. We were there for a while because the phone wasn’t transferring data properly but Jorge sat and talked with us and was just so friendly. Even though the phone took a while I didn’t have an unpleasant experience. Everyone seemed so nice and friendly.

Store is amazing helped me upgrade with a good deal. Mario is the man to go to. Highly recommend this store for any needs!

Had a great easy breezy experience here. The data suddenly stopped working on my phone . I spoke to Aaron on the phone, when I came into the store he remembered me and everything I told him. He investigated the issue and got it fixed up right away.

The man that helped me was very informative and friendly. He changed the SIM card and told me if I had more problems to come back and he'll help me again.

Solid 5 stars! Came to Bridgewater store and Jorge (Store manager) served me. He was professional and knowledgeable. He solved my issue in less than 5 mins (the phone rep couldn't and that was over 30 mins). Next time around, I'll do everything at the store and not on the phone or online as they messed up my order. Wow! I must say this has been the best customer service experience I have ever experienced! My rep Michael and the Manager Gabriel were nothing less than amazing! So knowledgeable, fun, friendly, and overall great guys! The music was a very nice addition to this place they played my jams haha! I've passed by many of times and never wanted to stop, today I decided to. Their excitement to see me made it that much better! I Definitely recommend everyone here! Go sprint!

Wow, I must say this has been the greatest experience I have ever had. Switching to sprint was very easy. Gabriel the manager made it so easy for my wife and I to switch. Very knowledgeable and made the switch painless. Not only saved me money, but switched all my information for me. I'm very old fashion and don't like change at all! Love this store thank you Gabriel!

Randall and Isaac are awesome. They provided amazing customer service. I originally came in to review my bill and I was helped by Randall who immediately broken down everything from how much my plan is to how much my phone is. He informed me about the promotion I had and sold me on two iPad. I would highly recommend this store to my family and friends

Decided to break up with Verizon . Had the best experience at this T -Mobile store . Trish handled transferring of my service to T Mobile . Flawlessly set up my new i phone and gave me a bar code to return my old one . She was really friendly, knows her stuff. What an asset to T-Mobile . Thank you Trisha for all your help!

I went to the Sprint store at Bridgewater Mall today to upgrade my phone and Randall the store manager made the process so simple. He knew exactly what he was talking about and made everything so easy to understand. I will definitely be recommending him to people looking to transfer to sprint.

I went to this KIOSK and from expecting a decent service I found myself making a good friend who provided me with the best service. Keith was the mans!!! He answered all my questions to his best understanding and was able to lower my monthly rates and get an amazing deal on an iPhone and a case! I now know that whenever I have a problem with my service or my phone I don't need to call since I just need to make a 10 min drive and get Keith to help me out once again. Got sprint? Go to Keith! He's the right mans for the right situation!

I needed to get my phone fixed at the apple store under warranty, and instead got a replacement phone. However, the sim card was rejecting the phone and the apple store gave me a new sim card and recommended me to go to sprint. Javier was the main associate who provided excellent service by setting up the new phone with my current account. Another associate, Anthony, was also very helpful with this process in addition to applying the screen protector that I purchased for the replacement phone. Overall, very satisfied with the customer service and happy I have Sprint.

The manager Gabriel is amazing. He has so much patience and is very educated. Helped me get not one phone but 3 and save my whole family money. He's the best everyone go visit him!
