Macy's

This my first time at this particular Macy's. Was very clean and neat, was as usually Macy's are cheering up your spirit with all the colors, blingy stuff, music.
Prices are good, deals can be found all the time.
Staff was helpful and nice. Our cashier was the nicest))))
I wasn't looking for some specific dress, but I found what I like and enjoy!

I was shopping for makeup in Macy's. I met Priyam at the Mac counter while needing assistance. Priyam was very helpful, and it was a pleasure meeting her. She was pleasant, very knowledgeable, detailed and skilled at applying my makeup. She guided me through the process and I was very grateful for her help. I always look forward to seeing her upon my return to the store!

Love Macy's. Been shopping there for 50+ years. The experience has changed over the years, but my heart warms when I shop there, especially at Christmas. I always find what I want for everyone.

This Macy’s has more affordable clothing option compared to other Macy’s. Loved their selection of children’s clothing.

I purchased some Estee Lauder skincare and perfume from Lancome from Lori in the beauty department. She was super friendly, kind, and very helpful. She went above and beyond with customer service. She even wrapped my Lancome perfume, which is a gift for a family member. She made this experience a joy and worth going into the store (during this chaotic holiday season). I highly recommend going to Lori for any help with makeup, skincare or perfume.

Good Macy’s, clean and the LensCrafters had lots of options the other LensCrafters didn’t.

Althea in the shoe department was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and just all around awesome! The kind of employee I want working for me!

customer service is top notch. i had an issue with a credit card that i was expecting them to fight me on, and they turned out to be completely reasonable. i would definitely recommend Macy's to anyone. i had an all around decent experience, before and after the experience.

Good..well if you can figure out when sale means actually a sale

My husband was hunting for a new suit today, and we were so happy with the help we received from Lucy in Menswear at Bridgewater. She sought us out while we were stuck on a long line, rang up our sale quickly, and discovered we had slacks that didn’t match. She went to the back and found the exact pair we needed! Pleasant, professional. Above and beyond. Thank you, Lucy!

Holiday shopping busy but quick service and efficient.

We have been shopping here for more than 20 years. Quality stuff at affordable prices and nice employees. Wednesdays are the best days to do shopping as they have discounted prices.

I placed an order online and arrived here to pick it up. I was able to park pretty close and the pick up counter is right by the main entrance which was convenient. They have a queue for online orders so I didn't have to wait in the long customer service line. It took a few minutes as the supervisor helped some of the other representatives but she was able to grab my order from the back room and I was on my way.

Great store, I always find great deals in the kids and home sections.
