I had a great experience at extra storage in voorhees. Matt the owner is a very professional young man who is doing a great job who made everything very easy and was very helpful. I highly recommend this place.

I'm moving from MD back to NJ because a relative had a stroke. This facility is clean and located in a very nice area. I did a no-contract move-in very early in the morning and I felt very safe. My move-in was organized well by the office staff and easy to figure out. I would highly recommend this facility. *Matt welcomed me the 2nd time I visited. He was really nice and told me what to do to avoid getting my car scraped. I appreciate that they monitor activity to keep this facility safe.

I don’t always take the time out to write reviews, but I had such an amazing experience with the new Extra Space Storage facility in Voorhees that I just wanted to make sure I share a few thoughts quick.

The facility is brand new and it is beautiful- for a storage facility. Insanely clean, bright and modern. It’s bright and airy and I was really pleased with the security measures in place.

I was entering as someone else was leaving and she commented to me on how great the manager was. I had no idea walking in, but truer words were never spoken. I was blown away with the high level of customer service I experienced. I worked with Matt at the front desk and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was so professional, knowledgeable and polite.

I know storage units are usually rented due to necessity, but this location and team is top notch. If you need to rent, this should be the place you go to.

Signed up and completed my rental online. Entered the facility easily and my lock/key were waiting in my clean & empty unit for me. There’s even music playing which is a nice touch. Easiest move-in ever! Met Matt and he was very friendly and informative. Great experience!

This Extra Space in Voorhees is exceptionally clean and very well lit. It has amazing easy access for loading and unloading. The facility is exceptionally very meticulous and safe. Several bathrooms located throughout the building. Matt and Edwin are very easy and professional to work with. I have been renting spaces for over 13 years and this is by far the best one I found. A true pleasure and very convenient!

Myself and my crew spend a lot of time loading and unloading clients at storage units all around the area, this specific Extra Space storage was easily one of the most secure and clean facilities we have been in. Matt was wonderful to deal with, I was unsure if I wanted to rent a new space since I was with public storage on Rt 73. I tried to ask for a reduction since I was in there for awhile, but I got nowhere with my pleading to have the price reduced. So I talked to my daughter who had just recently rented a unit in extra space storage, she told me how great the price was, so I went to meet Matt, who confirmed what my daughter said, now I have a bigger unit and is paying less money, and the bonus is I don’t have to load my stuff in the bad weather, the have a garage you pull in and unload. This was the best decision ever!!! And Ed was very accommodating when I went to check out the unit for the very first time. Thanks

Being able to access our account on the spot at a different location so we could transfer units and upgrade to a bigger one they were more than helpful in guiding us through the process and making it extremely easy too transfer our belongings to their location.
