Taco Bell

It’s rare I’m impressed by fast food. But this Taco Bell does an amazing job.
I pull up and think “am I finally going to get someone who is rude or simply checked out” and each time they come on friendly, helpful and take the order accurately.

Food is delivered accurately, hot and quickly. What more do you need?!

Keep up the good work!

(Side note, the inside is clean, well lit, and updated too if you are wanting to eat inside)

2nd shift has once again got hair in our potatoes. Idk who needs to wear hair nets or shave, but until we get a reply with the fix on the issue we won't be back. It's disgusting

We stopped by for a late night snack and dined in, but outside on the patio. Our order was correct, but my nephew almost walked away without all of it. One of the nice staff caught his attention and handed him what he had forgotten. We had no problems getting out to the patio, but when we wanted to refill our drinks we found the door had locked behind us and we had to go around to the front door to go back inside, rather than use the patio door.

I've been to TBs all around the country and this is by far the best I've been to. They're friendly, get the order right every time, are attentive, and keep the store clean.

Drive through is the only way to order in person here. If you go inside you have to wait for a kiosk and finding what you want to order on the menu takes much longer.

Place looks great after the remodel. The staff are incredibly friendly and fast. Your food actually comes out looking like the pictures as well. Definitely recommend this location if you need your taco bell fix

What a good surprise! I was about to give up on fast food in Chillicothe. Had such a bad experience at McDonald's and Hardee's! But taco bell restored my faith in the town. What a relief for my monthly trip to peoria!

It is the best affordable Mexican food around. We love it.

Had a small order, but had to wait behind a big order. When we pulled up to the window we got our order for free, the staff took it upon themselves!

The parking was adequate and clean, the inside was clean and the people where polite. They made my order fast and the portion was great. Would recommend.

Quick and accurate going through the drive through. I really like that they seal the bag! It helps keep my food warm until I get home. Plus the safety measures are great!

I always feel bad that I have such a complicated order. but today even though it was even more complicated than usual this team knocked it out of the park. All my items were correctly made and on top of it this was the best tasting taco bell I've ever gotten from any in the area. So on point they definitely deserved a shout out. You guys are amazing!

This taco bell is the only one anywhere near me what still has the chili cheese burrito, one of the best things ever. I do not know why they don't have it on the menu at all stores.

Good service. Food was hot. Restaurant was very clean. My favorite Taco Bell stop at when I'm traveling through the area. Always a friendly staff.

The drive through was very busy, but once I placed my order it was quick to receive it. I parked in a nice shady spot and ate my lunch. I tried the Whiped Pineapple drink and it was very good.

West Side Taco Bell Is The Best In Town Staff Is Always Very Kind They Maintain A Very Clean Environment Have Yet To Have A Single Bad Experience At This Location Dine In Or Drive Through Wait Is Always 5 Minutes Or Less 10/10
